Have not been happy with the case and screen protection that I have purchased. A little late on this, but will order one when they come back into stock. Like the look of the case, and I enjoy having a harder type case on my phone for protection. Hope it comes back into stock soon.

I just compared emails for my iPad Defender order from last week. The email we are looking for is called "cash sale receipt" that email will have the tracking #.

I'm on hold with them now 24th in que geeez lol.

Wow, this item is being treated like the actual iPhone 4 ... which is amazing to me.

since you on hold can you ask about my order? lol...;) j/k

LoL well that didn't take to long. I just wanted to make sure the order went thru. The rep told me he was looking at my printed shipping label HEHE.

He said mine should go out tonight or tomorrow that only a few made it out yesterday but he did also mention the 7-10 days wait so we wait see how long.

it's not "sales order confirmation #____"?

That email means your credit card went thru with no problems according to the rep I just talked to.

Credit card good is:

Subj: Otter Products, LLC: Sales Order Confirmation #.

Shipped will look like this:

Subj: Otter Products, LLC: Cash Sale Receipt #.

This 2nd email will have the tracking # atleast this is how it was with my iPad Defender.

So if you got the first email then your order went thru no worries otherwise you would probably want to call them.

oh ya... its back up. Good!!! I was afraid my order didn't make the cutoff and that was why i never got my shipping/tracking #. I still never got them though.

Just got off the phone with a rep at otterbox, he said most orders are not shipping for the 7-10 day. Looks like I'm not one of the lucky ones.

Sooooo what do all you guys plan on doing about the oil and water marks on your screens? Baby powder anti glare exc. ?

I'm going to try the Steinheil Ultra Series Oleophobic for the front and hope that does the trick. If not, I'll just have to see what others have success with. I have a friend who has the 3GS with an Anit-glare protector underneath the Otterbox Defender and she has no problems with bubbles. I just don't want to sacrifice clarity for no bubbles since the screen resolution is so awesome on the iPhone 4, but on the other hand, the bubbles would drive me insane.

someone asked this on there facebook page: (http://www.facebook.com/home.php?#!/otterbox?ref=ts)

Al Justice: Quick ? Will you need a separate screen protector to avoid the bubbles? With my 3G case I would get bubbles of air between the screen of the case and the phone, but if you add a screen protector to the phn no more bubbles. I know this is common with all enclosed cases from all manufactures

OtterBox: The iPhone 4 cases have a slightly modified screen protector in order to alleviate this issue. The new screen protector was implemented for the iPod touch 3rd generation cases and so far we'ver heard good feedback.
