Wow, i just received my crystal and I got to say, BEST SCREEN PROTECTOR. I used the wet method and it took me about 10 seconds to install. There was no drying since i pushed all the liquid out.

could you post some pics of your screen protector?

I got the set yesterday with the 2 Crystal front protectors, and I am not pleased. I have the crystal on my ipod touch and it's been perfect since day 1, so I'm disappointed that these are not the same. My cut-outs are really, really off. I installed both protectors multiple times, and the absolute best I could do is what is on there now. If the home button is centered, the front facing camera is half-covered. If the camera is straight, the protector hangs over the home button. It's also got a large air bubble down one side which I think is because it might hang over a bit. I know this isn't the case for everyone, since I've seen perfect installs, but I'm both disappointed and frustrated.

Can we have a picture of the film on an iPhone 4 without a case?
I would like to see how it looks, as I am going caseless but with this film installed.

what is the contact email everyone uses to get to them? the one on their website i haven't gotten any emails back.

i want to know if it's a hassle free return/exchange system for all you people that got junk screen protectors.

Call the customer service number and request an RMA. My cutouts are perfect.

Looking at the bottom photo it looks like you have the protector too far to the left. It will cause it to get that bubble because it's not on the glass but resting on the plastic black frame that surrounds the glass. When I first tried mine I had it to far to the top and the same thing happened. I used some tape and lifted it again and readjusted.

When u first did my wifes it was perfect. Then i did mine and ended up being pissed. So after a few hours I decided to try again. Now mine is mint with no issues. I got to admit it's a lot of work to get it right.

It shouldn't be that difficult to align if. You rip off the middle section first. You should be able to stretch the fine so you can line up the top and bottom of the film before the middle section static clings to the screen.

Thank you for clearing things up for me

The SP anti-glare it shall be.

I had a similar film on the original iPhone and liked it a lot. I also used that on the 3G. Then, for the iP4, I made a huge mistake and got the Zagg IS. Piece of crap! Tacky, orangy, sticky at the edges to attract dust and lint.

While the naked iP4 screen is a dream, I don't trust it to stay scratch-free, so something has to give...and for me, it will be the clearness. I need untacky surface and no smudges and I can go with matte, so there! Thank you for all your effort (and your excellent images too).

I just got two of the front/back for my phone and my sister's. To install both took less than 10 minutes being VERY careful.

They fit FLAWLESSLY and the new perforations do help in lining it up perfectly. The picture looks better without the Zagg IS too.

Well worth the $25.

Yeah, I definitely admit some user error, especially since I'm too worried about dust getting under it as well. I've readjusted and it's a bit better now; however, I still can't get the cut-outs to be as perfect as others here. It's a great protector, I just wish it was as easy to apply correctly as the ones I've previously used on an ipod touch/iphone.

I know that with experience, these just get exponentially easier to install, maybe someone on this forum local to you can help you out. Where are you located?

seems people aren't happy with the new anti-glare screen protector. as much as i loved it on my original iPhone and 3GS. im not going to get one for my iPhone 4. sucks but id rather enjoy the retina display to its full effect than deal with the grainy look to it.

No doubt. I'm in central Illinois, but I'm leaving it alone for now. If the perfectionist in me wins out eventually, I'll suck it up and buy more and learn from my mistakes the first time. =)

Thanks everyone for trying to help and not just telling me I'm doing it wrong. ;-) Just wanted to share my experience, too.

For anyone that hasn't installed it yet, I can offer a few tips:

1) I read somewhere that the bathroom is a less dusty room and it worked for me compared with when I did my 3G in my bedroom.

2) Always hold the protector adhesive side down. Just gives the dust less chance to make it on the protector.

3) The new perforations are very helpful. As per the instructions, peel one of the middle stripes and try to align the home key and ear/camera holes. It took me about 10 tries the first one and about the same the second time but each time I eventually got it perfect. Stay calm and don't get impatient!

4) If you do get dust on the protector/screen, don't use a very strong tape to try to pull it off. On my 3G, I used box tape and it left a mark on the protector. Regular envelope tape works fine.

So for everyone that has done the install, whats the consensus here? Anti glare or crystal? I plan on getting the 3 piece including the back so it'll have both, but just curious as to which one is the fav. I have the AG on my ipad and it barely leaves any fingerprints but does hinder the screen quality a bit, and probably will be more so on the retina display.

I ordered last Thursday morning, and still have no dispatch email. I emailed their support address but received no response. How long does it usually take?

At the time of ordering it said "In Stock", but now says "Pre-Order", hope they aren't trying to pull a fast one.

I put on the Crystal SP yesterday and loving it . Soo much clearer then the Zagg. It was very difficult to install IMO. I messed up the first one.

if you apply the screen protector, can you remove it and reapply it, say, two weeks later? Or will taking it off after that amount of time destroy it?
