iPhone 4 Priority list

5th ave nyc

i ordered a 16gb on july 1st in apple store at 5th ave nyc. got the moving up the list on july 8th.
been 12 days now, no pick up email.

im about to give up on the priortity list :(

:eek: Guess it's kinda true that people looking for the 32GB are getting theirs quicker.:(

I got aggravated enough to go down there!!! i talked to the store manager. He said with a smirk" you're getting closer".... I mean really?Woody f*&@in do!!I also witnessed 10 people come in there looking to just walk in an get get one. They were shut down on contact.

I kinda makes me feel better that they are at least "honoring" the list.


13 days and counting on list for a 16(g):mad:

I'm not sure if it's Apple's policy but I'd rather they let employees let us know where we're at on the list than give us some vague mass e-mail.
 
Received email for pickup today at Menlo Park store.

Placed on priority list on 06/27 so about 16 days.
 
Those who have been waiting awhile might wanna check Best buy mobile daily, my friend was waiting for about 11 days and gave up on waiting on apple and called Best Buy mobile and they had 4 in stock waiting for someone to buy!!!

I still Haven't received the "you're moving up" email. I think the whole system is outta whack. I should have just ordered a 32(g). I would have my phone by now.
 
I passed by the Regent Street Store in London today, crowded as usual. First chance I'd had to get hands on with an iPhone 4, and got talking to one of the sales guys, he said they are out of the 3GS too as people have been snapping them up because they "need" a phone and can't wait for the iPhone 4 to make an appearance again. He suggested I put my name on the waiting list, I made my excuses and left the store.
 
Put my name on the list for a 32gb IP4 at the Allentown, PA store today even though I'm not eligible for the $299 price for another 8 days. Judging by what you guys are saying it will take longer than that to hear back from them.
 
My bro who reserved at the same time as me (6/29) just picked up his a few minutes ago from the Glendale, CA store. He reserved the 32GB while I went for the 16GB. Still no pick up email for me yet.

That's pretty much proof that the 32gb list goes by more quickly.
I wish I had reserved a 32gb now.lol.

We can do that. i am surprised that more people from the Norfolk area are not on these forums. I got virtually no news about people picking up phones from that store.
 
Signed up on July 2nd in Los Angeles at the Beverly Center, Glendale and Sherman Oaks for the 16gb.

Received the email confirmation on July 3rd to my gmail email - still no updates or moving up on the list emails...

I reserved my 32 GB iPhone 7/6 and got it today, 7/13. Much quicker than everyone one on this forum made it sound :D.

But I may have to get a new one, my accelerometer can't decide whether it wants to work or not.:mad:

You should try and cal because I should receive mine this week and I asked a apple store rep waht happens if I am out of town and he said call the apple store immediately and they can arrange something. Maybe they will work something out for you. Did you order a 16gb?

Most people are waiting for 16gb. 32 gb is coming in a week sooner.
 
I'm at 10 days waiting for a 32GB from the Kenwood Apple store in Cincinnati. No email yet. Put on the list 7/3. Frustration is setting in.
 
I cannot wait any longer. I got my wisdom teeth pulled out yesterday and I'm stuck at home under pain needing something to do....

Tho, I hope I get the pick up email tomorrow!=D

I did contact the apple store several times, and they either didn't understand the situation or were unwilling to work something out.

However...luckily I was able to contact another customer service dept of Apple who was empathetic to my situation, and they called the store on my behalf to see if anything could be done. Shadyside will now be holding my phone until I return : ) and I ordered the 16GB model, waited 16 days for it to arrive.
