Priority List Hawaii

Just got my pickup order for a Black 32GB after 10 days on the list. I had to cancel because my ship deployed and I can not pick it up tomorrow.

Congratulations to whoever was next on the list at the Royal Hawaiian Apple Store in Waikiki.

I am hoping the white one will be out (or at least up for order) by the end of the month when we return.

Ashamed to admit the frequency with which I check my email. Waiting. Hoping.

I have been waiting 14 days now since the morning of July 1st for a 32gig from Apple Store in Madison, WI. The genius who signed me up for the priority list said that he thought it would take a week or so. I dont know how much longer I can take. My 3g is sooooooooooo slow despite hard resets, etc, mostly unusable. A stunningly effective example of planned obsolescence?

9 Days here in San Jose. No "Moving up" Emails.

I checked out the HTC evo today. That phone is seriously Legit. Now i understand why almost all my friends switched to it lol.

Had my name on the list since last week. Went into the Apple store today to ask about it and they told me I was lucky since they were serving walk-ins. Walked out with 2. No idea why didn't follow the list anymore. This was at the Apple store in the Glendale Galleria.

That is down right ABSURD. What do they think they're doing? I would
become irrate. This better not happen in Cambridge.

FYI, I never received a moving up email. Today I just got the "Congratulations, Your iPhone 4 has arrived."

Good luck, hope it comes through soon for you.

Those of you that have reservations in the San Jose, CA area such as Oakridge or Valley Fair please keep me updated and I'll do the same. I been on the list at both places since June 27th and still not even a moving up email...

Day 16

Today is day 16 on the waiting list at smithaven mall on long island.

This is ridiculous. I sold my 3GS for $300 yesterday. It better be here soon.

What do I have to wait, a month??

Sure does seem like it. With the rate things are going now, it wouldn't surprise me one bit.

Chicago -- North Mich Ave Store

Just got the "Your phone is in" e-mail from the North Michigan Ave store in Chicago for a 32GB. I got on the list on July 2, and never got a "moving up" e-mail.

One question -- even though I received the e-mail this morning, it's saying that the pick-up date is tomorrow, but when I go to the
"reserve a time" page it gives me the option of today or tomorrow. Any reason I can't select today? Not that it matters at the moment -- there seems to be a glitch in the system and it's not letting me reserve any time. I keep getting error messages at the moment, which is hopefully not an omen...

I'd like to get it tonight if I can however.

Congrats man! Call your store asap and they'll answer all your questions (which are store specific).

yea, i am at day 9 for Mayfair Mall

I got on the list the 1st of the month for a 16gb at Crocker Park in Cleveland. I received the confirmation email but nothing else.

I talked to an Apple employee from the store yesterday and she would only confirm that I was on the list, nothing more. She did notify me that the store would be opening at 8AM for people to pickup their delivered phones. Looks like they are expecting a large number of phones to be delivered. Are any of the other stores doing something like this?

Anyone else from the Cleveland area on the list?

Priority List at Irvine Spectrum store

I reserved my 16Gb iphone on July 5th. Friday (the 9th) after I received the "moving on up" email I went to the store and they told me I was 797 on the list and to hang in there. I went to the store yesterday and they told me they couldnt tell me where I was on the list. Has anyone reserved their phone from this store and how long were you waiting? Just curious as I this waiting is killing me. lol :apple:

N. Michigan Ave Store

FYI -- I talked to the North Michigan Ave store, and even though I got the e-mail this morning, I can't pick my phone up until tomorrow (which is what the e-mail says). And even though they give the option of setting a time to pick it up (and imply that you need to make an appointment), that system is not yet working -- you just show up when you get there.

A bit disappointing that I can't get it today, but I guess I've waited this long...

Moving Up

I am wondering as to why some people are getting the "moving up" email whereas others are not.

No idea, but I received one that day after I reserved and I have yet to hear anything else since then. Reserved on July 6th, Apple Friendly Center Greensboro.

I cant be sure if this means anything. I got the "moving up" email and two days later got the "come get your phone" email. maybe its got something to do with your placement on the list?

After long 17 days (June 27th), finally got my 16GB from the Uptown Minneapolis store this morning.
