iPhone 4 Priority list

Have a 32 at Cambridgeside going on 4 days now. Seeing the rate that 16's come it, that one may come up first. Whatever does though, I'll either cancel my other reservations or give them to someone.

Same. Hope the press conference tomorrow alleviates our worries. I doubt it though.

It's getting to the point where I"m beginning to resent Apple and their piece of **** delays. I doubt it would've been this bad had the white iPhone been available at the beginning.

I honestly wouldn't be surprised if we had to wait until August.

:eek::eek::eek: Fifteen THOUSAND!!!

My Apple Store said they get around 30-40 per day...it would take them years to go through that list :rolleyes:.

I would say you'd loose your spot. They would put you at the end of the 32 line. However, that could still be quicker lol. Ive been calling around places and nobody down here seems to have them. Have you tried calling around to other places?
 
Refreshed this thread, then refreshed my email - and got the email from Apple saying my 32gb is in! On the list July 5, Apple store in Madison, WI. So....11 days.
 
Hey guys, in case anyone was wondering about Cincinnati; I was placed on the priority list for a 16gb iPhone4 at the Kenwood store on 6/30, received the "you're moving up the list" email on the 8th, but no word yet on picking it up... going on 2+ weeks... it's certainly frustrating.

Sure Was! It looks like there is a special associate that is trained to handle the ATT upgrades. Most likely Walmart decided to not pay him/her the extra $$/hour by keeping her 24/7.
 
Just got on the priority list for 3 stores in socal (brea, northridge, cerritos) yesterday. Anyone else in the socal area have an idea of the average wait time for these stores?

first off, 16gb or 32gb? It seems like those with 32gb get theirs a week quicker.

I tried Best Buy. They said they hadn't had any in a week and were not taking names. I stopped by a Radio Shack and they tried to sell me a 3gs:)

Ive been calling Radio Shacks all over, no luck. Ive called some Best Buys no luck. I went into a Walmart last night, no luck. The fact that none of these places seem to have them make me not want to drive around looking for one. Seems like a waste of gas. I would just order from ATT but as soon as I do that I will get my notice and then have to back it all out to pick it up. grrrrrrrr

got the pickup email

got the pickup email at 8:42 AM this morning,
but can't pick it up till tomorrow and neither do they give the option to pickup in the evening, called the store and they are unable to reply to my call :mad: .

Yes, I think it is a waste of gas. Would be some stroke of luck to actually find one. I called Tampa yesterday and asked again about where I was on the list and they would not tell me or give me any idea about when mine would come. They said something about lining up Sunday morning for walk ins but they were very vague about that. How should they have phones for walk ins when the reserved list is not filled? Are you on the list in Tampa?

Brea is a 10-14 day wait. Don't know about the others.

Yup, when I called them 2 days ago they said they were moving through the list quickly, but sure doesnt seem that way. If that was the case you would have had yours. I probably should have gone to the Brandon store on the same day and put my name in there. Wonder if they are much busier. I would think they'd be about the same.

I'm on Brandon's list as well. Same day 6/30. Nothing from them either
 
16 Days and counting!!!

No email today..I'm not surprised. I am almost positive that apple will announce tomorrow, the will halt all shipments and current orders until they fix the problem. And then we'll have to wait even longer. My sis waited from 6/24 until 7/13 to get the PICK UP EMAIL. Who knows how much longer it will be:rolleyes:

Seems like they most likely have already. If they are going to stop sales, then word would have gone out to the stores to stop selling them. Now, if people get emails today that theory is busted.

Agreed. Guess we'll know more tomorrow. Let's just saying am not expecting a phone any time soon
