No pick-up email for me in Houston--I've been on the list since last Thursday and was told it would be a week so I was really hoping it would be today--might be time to try to order from att....:(

I'd just wait for Apple. I went on the wait list on Sat (June 26th) and picked up my phone today. AT&T is quoting 7 to 10 days shipping and honestly, seeing how they handled their preorders, I wouldn't feel comfortable trusting them shipping it out in a timely manner. I'm sure your iPhone will come anyday now.

Got on the priority list on June 26th for the San Francisco store (Stockton). Just received the "your iPhone is ready email" today :)

I have a feeling I am going to be fully out of luck.

I got on the list Friday, waiting the pick up email. Leaving town tomorrow AM for 5 days.

I suspect I will get a pick up email sometime while I am out of town.

Perhaps I can sell my reserved phone spot?

If you get the email, couldn't you call them and pay for it over the phone? If they could get their hands on your money, I'm sure they would hold the phone for you.

+1

I'm trying to minimize contact with ATT.

Been on the waiting list in Miami since Saturday, still no call.

Same boat, different place (but waiting for email, not call).

Nice. :)

EDIT: Just called the Apple store to confirm that I am still on the list. Apparently I'm not. :( I got email confirmation that I was on the priority list on 6/26 too. :(

I just got on a priority list today for 3 iPhones and he said it would be possible that they would get them tomorrow.

I wish I would have done this on the 25th...

He also said they only get 1 shipment per day, they only order enough phones for the priority list and keep the phones reserved until that person comes to pick it up, he said they don't give them away if they are a no show...

that is INCORRECT... they only hold them for 24 hrs

Just picked up my phone from the Apple store!! Its awesome! A major upgrade from my first gen iPhone.

Did you just join to post that?

And my Apple Store guy said 1-2 weeks, and I'd say he has no real clue...so just be patient.

iPhone 4 Registration

Hi!

I've been using this form myself to see how long it's taking people from time of reservation to get their iPhone. I'll post back when I get mine. Hopefully I can help other readers as well.

I reserved my phone on Saturday the 26th around 4 pm in Irvine, CA. Since then I could see my reservation in my iPhone (3Gs) app. Yesterday, I logged into the app and couldn't find confirmation of the reservation anywhere. Tried on my iMac - still no luck.

Called the Apple store today and they confirmed that I am still on the list for my 32 gig. So in case anyone else is having this issue as well... probably best to call and verify just in case.

Now I just have to hope that I get my new iPhone before my current 3Gs sells on eBay... I think I was a little too optimistic when I listed it. :-/ At least the auction still has 3 more days..

That store, huh? It's a very dynamic one, because I had lived in Berkeley (UC Berkeley student) and I got my iPad on the first day as walk-in. The same goes for my 3GS. Don't worry...

If you want some news that will make you worry less is that you should be thankful you don't live in LA... my goodness. I have a reservation at 4 Apple Stores surrounding me and I made them prior to the release (on June 23rd), but no luck... still waiting. In the meantime, I've checked all Wall-Marts, Best Buys, AT&T stores, and RadioShacks all around... daily... and they're all out of stock too. Just comes to show that East Bay would be a much better situated city for releases than LA... I think our stores must have had the longest lines too, if not second only to NY's or Tokyo's.

I'd like to think that Apple is slowly shipping out iPhone 4's to their retail stores a few stores at a time so each store gets one huge shipment 7-10 days after launch that has enough iPhone 4's for everybody on the priority list. This seems to be more organized than shipping 20 daily.

Heads up—the priority list is shorter than you might think. My girlfriend put herself on the priority list at the Oakridge Apple Store (in San Jose, CA) last Saturday. She was able to pick it up today — a mere 7 day's wait. That's way better than her July 14th pre-order ship date. (;

Hooray!…now I can use Facetime. :)

Put my name down on the 24th at the Apple Store in Liverpool. Nothing yet and I was there at 4.50am but had to leave for work at 8.30. I was 5th on the list for a 32gb.

I have asked a few times and they keep saying they have had no further stock, not quite sure I believe them!

I made my reservation on the 25th at the cherry creek store (Denver, co) and today marks 7 days. Im hoping that it comes in today, though im not very optimistic. think i'll have to call the store today after work and make sure im still on the list.

I was put on the list at about 3pm at the Park Medows store (CO) on the 25th, still no "pick-up" email. thanks for people posting when they get theirs, it makes me feel like it won't be much longer.

When I walked to my local store to get mine, I noticed they had lane barriers up for reservations. I was 2nd in line. I was told they were expecting many people to show up, but only a few did.

Also, the build on the phone is week 27, or last week of June.

As for the antenna problem.... I can replicate it going from 5 to 1 signal bars every time w/o a case. Haven't dropped a call yet.

I put my wife and I on the list a few days ago, they said it might be 2-3 weeks. Wed. I called best buy around noon, never expecting them to have any, to my amazement the girl said they had 5 32's on hand, I flew like the wind over there and we have our new iPhones, no reception issues either. We're not usually so lucky, but we lucked out with the IP4. I feel like we'd be waiting for another week or 2 had we stuck with the Apple stores list.

still waiting....

I was put on the list around 5:30 on June 25th. I too am still patiently waiting for the email telling me that my iPhone has arrived. Hopefully it comes soon. I can't wait to check it out. I still have the first generation iPhone.
