Did you purchase with a credit card? Check to see if your iPhone purchase could be cover from lost or stolen purchases within 30/60/90 days of purchase.
i purchased with a CC but im not aware if i am provided such insurance, ill have to look into that.

you dont live in NYC, do you? besides working as a state or federal agent (NYPD/FBI/etc.) getting a license to use a gun is not an easy task to say the least.

Thing is, even if it would no be legal, it would not stop criminal from having them...

i dont understand though, even if he had a gun in his situation, if he pulled it out that wouldnt have helped, they would just be pointing guns at each other and the chances of someone, especially the criminals firing would have increased considerably. then not only would he have had his iPhone stolen but he would have had a bullet in his chest...
