Havent really been following it, so what else is needed? I guess a bit of plastic that attaches it to the rest of the phone?

Has anyone seen a guide for replacing if you just have the glass? Like explaining how to recycle your old housing and transfer everything over?
The description in that link also says that the flash trim ring is not included so how do we get it?
Ive been googling like crazy and cant come up with anything.
If the back plate does not have a flash diffuser, has anyone tried to take a picture with the flash and see if it is as good as a picture with the diffuser? I love the look of the thing.
So you've have this on for about two weeks, in your video you pointed out the white backing didn't have the insulating film like the original black backing had. Have you found this to make any difference? What purpose does this film serve? Also, any updates on the flash usage without the diffuser, have you found that using the flash washes out a picture more than normal?

I ordered from these guys friday, got shipping confirmation today. They were cheaper than iResq.com and the piece comes just as complete...everything except flash diffuser. Now I wait 5-12 days for shipping to Canada.

Emailed them awhile ago and their back doesn't come with the diffuser either, so it makes no sense to not get it from iresq or global for a lot cheaper.

I think all the white ones are missing the flash diffuser. that true supplier one looks just like the others but more money.
Hmmm I thought that one had the diffuser for some reason. Idk why I thought that? Oh well, looks like global has the cheapest part so for except for alibaba, which I'm not so sure I'm comfortable ordering from till someone else does.

if u cant return it, I'm sure somebody here will buy it or sell it on ebay for a shade less than anybody else...undercut the competition!
They won't let me return it, no. Says right on the site (globaldirect) that they won't let you.

well considering if u were to sell it on the iPhone the phone's warranty would be pretty much void with a white back plate on it...and you would be out an iPhone I guess. just sell the back plate for like 125+shipping or something, somebody is bound to bite or even 125 shipped like you said.
Well you could probably sell the back on Ebay and make a profit. I don't think anyone here is gonna buy it for 120 when they can just order one themselves for 95, but you never know.
I wouldn't sell your original back. If you need to take your phone into Apple you'll want to put the original one back one so you dont void your warranty.
