I was on the phone with an Apple representative yesterday and she said we'd be seeing it in 14 days...

However, I took it with a grain of salt because when asking her about something regarding my iPhone 4, she had no clue.

Was she asian or an islander? Because companies often outsource their customer service to those sort of countries and hire dumb people for real cheap who don't know ****. Lol...

Depends really. One time I rang Apple I got directed to America (or someone with American accent). One time Apple rang me for confirming my details and it was some asian.

Telecom has outsourced to the philipinos. Its a horrible experience calling their customer service department now. This Kiwi Telecom employee even agreed with me;)

She sounded American. Every time I have called Apple customer service I seem to get an American sounding representative. Never had anyone else.

A couple of months ago I called asking about one of Apples products and he emailed me back telling me he would be my "dedicated and personal Apple consultant".
