Mine updated with a Sep 28 end of day delivery last Friday and it departed Mount Hope, ON at 9:27 EST which is an hour away from the North York depot a few minutes from my house. Hoping it will arrive at the schedule time by end of today.

sorry ddint see. So in Montreal. I have the same tracking trace as yours. So maybe it still might make it today. Although it hasnt reached Montreal yet from Mount hope. i dont know whats the route from mount hope to Montreal.
is it by truck, plance etc..?

No idea, but I sure hope plane. Most likely truck, though. I couldn't find a UPS flight from Ontario to Montreal.

It's a 6-7 hours drive. D:

Usually, for residential addresses, they won't deliver if it reaches the local facility after like 9-10 AM. Luckily, I shipped mine to a business address. I have my nanoSIM ready. :D

if its a truck then should not be quoting you a sep 28 delivery..i hope its a plane too.
Montreal delivery today seems VERY VERY unlikely.

UPS had been showing a delivery date of Thurs, 9/27, since it shipped for me, but yesterday it was updated to a delivery date of Fri, 9/28. It's showing as on the truck for delivery now. Just hope UPS gets here earlier than they usually do (which is normally late afternoon/early evening)!
 
It figures. I leave home for 2 hours and that's when it arrives At my apartment complex rushing home to get it soon.

your estimate from apple was not for today was it? i have not seen anyone with an estimate from apple for the 28th. your estimate was from ups and changed.

Most people still seem to be getting the phones by apples delivery date when you ordered, and many have received them before is what compile 'em all said.

This is most likely the case. most people seem to be upset that they are not getting them before apples stated delivery date. Just because ups issued an earlier delivery date then couldn't meet it and pushed it back they are saying they are not getting their phones in time. And are pissed because others have gotten lucky by getting them earlier.

exactly. i'm guilty of it too. but apple did give me an estimate of 9/28 after it was shipped by ups, but their original estimate when i ordered it was 10/5. and i should be getting my phone today so i really shouldn't be complaining.

That's interesting. Then you have reason to be annoyed. It's one thing to see it flip flop in the ups system, but to have it pushed back from the delivery date on you shipment notification isn't right.

I was not aware people got a different delivery date from apple when it shipped then when it was ordered. Apple should of just known to leave the original delivery date quoted alone. And not made a promise on ups behalf that it was earlier.

It most likely is the contract they have with UPS that states X-days delivery, and that's what they email you. Once shipped, UPS pushed it back.

Never trust the date a merchant gives you. What the **** do they know?

exactly. i'm not really mad at apple, more ups. cuz they gave me a delivery date as early as 9/26 and eventually settled on 9/27, which was yesterday and i waited the entire day. i chatted with ups and they couldn't even tell me where my phone was and they couldn't tell me for certain whether or not it will be delivered yesterday. but it's out for delivery now, i'm done complaining ;)

The worst part is the flight we were on yesterday was HK to Alsaska, stop to refuel and onto Louisville, but ours was taken off that plane.
