For anyone who's tracking info shows: Chek Lap Kok, 09/23/2012 4:46 P.M. Departure Scan, I researched and found out which flight our iPhones went out on.

It was Cathay Pacific Airways flight 3272, which arrived in Anchorage at 9:23am AKDT. Once in Anchorage, there's some Customs stuff that has to happen before the outbound flight departs. With the lag times before the UPS site has been updated for the previous legs of my iPhone's journey, I wouldn't be surprised if this shipment has already left Anchorage but the tracking info just isn't updated yet. Without that tracking info 'departure time', I can't yet research that flight info.
)

Mind if I ask where you came by that info? I've got the same 4:46PM departure note and its been way too long for it to have not reached another spot by now.

It may not be shown, and it may not be on a UPS flight. People in other threads were talking about how some legs were on Cathay Pacific flights...

Looking in other posts, I looked at how long that flight took from HK to AK, and came up with that time.. Could be wrong, but our flight has either already landed or about to land, unless it is going to a different location. Then who knows.

yeah it was most likely on a Cathay Pacific flight that left HK around 8:30 and arrived in AK about 2am local time.

Best guess has that shipment on its way to Louisville already

I was an hour late as well, but you might be doing it wrong. Have you tried primary line phone number (which doesn't always belong to the account holder) in the reference (tracking by reference on UPS site)?

Hmm. I am on a family plan, my father is the primary account holder. But I did not think to try his number as the phone number is mine and the apple account is mine. I will try it now and let you know the results.

That didn't work either. I've tried all four numbers. This sucks

Took this from an older post (9/21 delivery person) this was the time gap for the HK to AK flight:

Anchorage, AK, United States 09/17/2012 3:06 P.M. Arrival Scan
Chek Lap Kok, Hong Kong 09/17/2012 9:34 P.M. Departure Scan

Our phones have already landed in AK, I bet. Hopefully on their way to the lower 48

Try using your actual home/house phone number if your family has one... It's based off the phone number on your billing address... Or use your order number off the Apple site minus the last 2 numbers...

Here is from an earlier thread...

If our flight took same route, and flight time, our phones landed in Alaska several hours ago (around 2 PM Alaska Time or 5 pm CST)..It is probably on its way to lower 48..

Tried my fathers number, my house line, his house line, my phone number, and the order number including the letter. Should I be dropping the letter out of the order number? I really feel stupid for ordering from Apple, their shipping methods are nonsensical. It makes no sense how so many are receiving shipping notifications when they ordered so long after I did. Sigh, so angry.

Looks like they don't fly out of Louisville on Sunday.

Yeah i was refreshing it on my phone like hell today. Well i mean we can always pray that it gets delivered to us tomorrow but most likely Tuesday, no harm in waiting another days worth. UNLESS Apple decides to be a prick and tell UPS to hold it till the end of the week. Lol

They won't.

wtf??

Why some express and others expedited??

What reasoning for one or the other?

Probably Apple finding any means possible to deliver these units. I'm not happy at all either. I ordered early and the most expensive iPhone and then I got the [slower] expedited shipping.

It's so expedited, it's been sitting at ZhengZhou for the last 30+ hours.
