I did 2 upgrades on Apple.Com about 15 minutes ago. No problems. Super smooth process compared to the pain and suffering that the 4S orders were. ;-)

Completed my order within about 5 minutes of the store coming up. Didn't experience any issues, aside from signing into Apple Store after putting it into my cart. That took a refresh of the page to get it to load.

Glad we get to play with iOS 6 a few days before it arrives. Now, who wants to buy an iPhone 4S

Ordered 2 phones. Black 64 and Black 32. I couldn't get in via AT&T or Apple's site. The app on my current phone worked and I ordered the 64 without issue. When I tried to order my second phone it hung up at checkout for 20 minutes. I finally terminated the app, reopened it, and it went through checkout with no problem.

I received my confirmation emails within a few minutes.

Much better than last year where I was trying for 3 hours.

Transferring Account from ATT to Verizon via Verizon website. Everything when through but no email confirmation.

When put my order number in the website, says "We received your order and it is in process."

No estimated shipping date.

What gives?

Had the same thing here in Austria. Looks like Apple simply closed all stored in the non-launch countries??

After wasting an hour on this, I used a VPN connection to Germany and could order without any problem.

on the web apple store, i entered my apartment # on the shipping screen, and then on confirmation checkout there is no apartment # shown.

i even removed the iphone from my cart and started over to see if i messed up, but again my apartment # is missing from final confirmation screen.

even on the confirmation email, the apartment # i entered is indeed not listed......

happen to anyone else?

I had no issue woke up at 3:21, let my dog back in cause I put him out and dozed off, than ordered 1 for me, completed that order and thanordered one for the wife no fuss no muss!!!! good stuff!!!!

used the app, realized my billing info was outdated / wrong state, fixed it at att.com, went back to the app, and bought, before the apple store .com site came back up.. yay

With AppleCare+ you usually have to get it at the time you buy the phone. This happened last year at launch date and they did a workaround so that people could add it within 30 days.

You can get AppleCare+ within the first 30 days of purchase. No rush to do it tonight. You just need to wait til you get the new phone then make a Genius Bar appointment, bring in a form of payment and make sure you have not damaged the phone at all. It should take about 6 min for them to attach it to your phone.

My wife and I order identical white 16g iP5 on apple.com. Tried ordering hers on AT&T but she couldn't log onto her account. Had to pay full price for mine and 30 bucks for the adapter.

UK apple store is live but mobile operators are still saying "register interest" COME ON!!! Itching to upgrade. Hope it isn't too much longer

T-mobile UK now taking pre-orders. COME ON Vodafone!!

For those having trouble connecting to Apple.com or your wireless carrier's website, the Apple Store app is definitely the way to go.
