iPhone 5 Now Available for Pre-Order

I used a friends account and his upgrade to buy the phone. I ordered using the iPhone app. The shipping address is not his billing address on his Verizon account and I used my billing address to process my debit card... Is my order going to be canceled?

Most likely,when i ordered a little while ago it said credit card and billing address must match

I got this email too! Now every time I try to buy I get a message that reads "We have your reservation on file blah, blah, blah." it's pretty annoying

For some reason Safari STILL thinks the store is down, but I ordered it fine through Firefox! White 32GB, oh yeah.

Yes I was shocked to see that Safari still shows the store as being down but Chrome shows the pre-order. (One would expect that Apple gives some preference to Safari users ....)

Anyway - I ordered the 64GB black shortly after 3:00am on the iPhone (when all browsers showed the store as bing down) since I remembered from the last few launches that people were always more successful when ordering it from the iOS app

It may have been because I was up early, but my order through Apple went through and they are getting ready to process the order. AT&T was slow and crashed so I just went through Apple.

How long is it taking to go into processing? ive ordered mine like 20 minutes ago, and it's still at "we've receiver your order"

I ordered mine at 12:04 AM PDT and was at the Processing stage by 12:30 AM.

Set my alarm clock to wake me up 10 min before the phone went on sale. AT&T's site is still not letting me order the phone. Ordered on the app store app and was able to order the phone right away.

Looks like AT&T botched yet another iPhone launch. You would think that after several years of launches they would get it right... They are lucky the only reason I'm sticking with them is because Verizon's LTE iPhone can't do voice and data simultaneously or I'd be jumping ship. I'm still waiting untill the day...

Got mine yall! Woo! At&t was rather painless in hindsight. Only less than 20 reloads Id say. Apple wasnt working at all for me. The app was, but I was starting fresh. Good luck everyone! Im going back 2 bed.

Today I did call ATT store to tell them to remove my security password because I was planning to order iPhone....lady was so dumbstruck because I wanted to do this...they will be no problems ordering iPhone she said.....YEs, right.....I used Apple Store App since ATT website is down for me.

hey so I'm a new customer for Sprint andI got all of my information typed in and submitted on the apple store page and then a message popped up saying that I had to
"make a deposit first with the carrier" or something
can anyone explain?
was that just because Sprint is down??
