I got mine, but not without difficulty.
The Apple and ATT sites were down, so I used the app. The app was easy, loaded quickly, and never gave a problem with checking upgrade status etc... but it wouldn't let me change the mailing address from my billing address to my preferred mailing. I finally got into the Apple store website to see if I could fix the address. This took 45 minutes. The Apple site kept telling me there was an error with my address and wouldn't let me check out. I went back to the app and completed the order.
Not the end of the world, but annoying.
