I call BS on this, no way you ordered through the premier site.

I ordered through Apple.

You said business accounts couldn't order through Apple store.

I dont know how the **** people are getting through to the ATT website. I have been trying over and over since pre orders opened. I got through once only to get a gateway time out when placing in cart.

AT&T pulled the plug on there site, they are only allowing Apple to connect to them to check eligibility, no point in trying anymore until October. Might as well wait for iphone 6.

They can't! There is no way you have a business account if you ordered thru the apple store or APP.

For those that have the Apple Store app, I'd suggest using that. Took me like 2mins to place an order and receive my confirmation email. Good luck.

Edit: what is frightening is that the email received is titled "Your order is being processed."

I ordered through Apple and it said 2 weeks for shipping plus 5 days delivery time. A few minutes later I was able to get an order through Sprint which said delivery time September 21st. I'm hoping I can cancel the order I placed with Apple!

Vodafone now accepting pre-orders but their website has crashed and there's a 45 min wait on the phone. Excellent!!

Order with Vodafone UK placed. Took ages but all sorted. 16GB on my current plan £99 one-off fee. Just waiting for a shipping date now. Hopefully it will be 21st!

We weren't even given a legit opportunity to order the phone. AT&T customers were at least able to use the apple store or the app but premier customers have to rely on the one specific website.

I've now been on hold for 1.5 hours. And I see shipping has slipped to 2 weeks on Apple's website.

I think there were issues, particularly on the iPhone App, as there were last year. I'm guessing Apple will let people add it within the first 30 days, just as they did last year.

I used a friends account and his upgrade to buy the phone. I ordered using the iPhone app. The shipping address is not his billing address on his Verizon account, I used my billing address to process my debit card... I then went back on Verizon.com and changed his billing address to the same billing address associated with my debit card. Is my order going to be canceled?

I assume if I set all of the addresses to the billing address of my card (Verizon billing address, iPhone 5 order billing address and shipping address) Then theres no way it would be canceled right?

Maybe none of this matters because I purchased through Apple, not Verizon?? Help :/

So for the people who ordered from ATT is your status for your order set as "Pending"? Just need some confirmation that this is normal..

Hopefully it's normal because that's what mine is listed as. Shipment status is "processing" and phone agent attempted to assure me that they'll indeed ship on the 21st... as long as Apple gives them enough supply.

Yup I had to use Firefox as well.... Safari would just stop working but FireFox at least kept trying and it would eventually go through.

Do you know when your order changed from received to processing? Mine is still at the received point and I am becoming worried.
