I ordered through Apple.
You said business accounts couldn't order through Apple store.
AT&T pulled the plug on there site, they are only allowing Apple to connect to them to check eligibility, no point in trying anymore until October. Might as well wait for iphone 6.
They can't! There is no way you have a business account if you ordered thru the apple store or APP.
Glad to know that I am not the only one, I will keep this updated and you do the same, please!
Edit: what is frightening is that the email received is titled "Your order is being processed."

Order with Vodafone UK placed. Took ages but all sorted. 16GB on my current plan £99 one-off fee. Just waiting for a shipping date now. Hopefully it will be 21st!
Just did my brothers upgrade with verizon for sept 21st... ATT is crapping out for the wife and myself tho =(
This is so disappointing for premier customers.
We weren't even given a legit opportunity to order the phone. AT&T customers were at least able to use the apple store or the app but premier customers have to rely on the one specific website.
It really does seem like AT&T's iphone allotment will be taken up by the people who were lucky enough to order from the AT&T site and orders from the Apple site. Premier customers never had a chance. NOOO.

My order for the iPhone 5 (three of them, actually) went through fine on the AT&T website using Firefox (Safari wouldn't work). Time for bed
I used a friends account and his upgrade to buy the phone. I ordered using the iPhone app. The shipping address is not his billing address on his Verizon account, I used my billing address to process my debit card... I then went back on Verizon.com and changed his billing address to the same billing address associated with my debit card. Is my order going to be canceled?
I assume if I set all of the addresses to the billing address of my card (Verizon billing address, iPhone 5 order billing address and shipping address) Then theres no way it would be canceled right?
Maybe none of this matters because I purchased through Apple, not Verizon?? Help :/

Hopefully it's normal because that's what mine is listed as. Shipment status is "processing" and phone agent attempted to assure me that they'll indeed ship on the 21st... as long as Apple gives them enough supply.

Yup I had to use Firefox as well.... Safari would just stop working but FireFox at least kept trying and it would eventually go through.

For those who want it on launch day try radio shack. The local one tells me they only had 18 pre-orders last year.

Do you know when your order changed from received to processing? Mine is still at the received point and I am becoming worried.
