Do you know when your order changed from received to processing? Mine is still at the received point and I am becoming worried.

I was able to order my upgrade but I need to upgrade my wife's phone on the same account. It wont let me and keeps telling me that I already have an open order for this number/account. How do I do it separately?

FYI for anyone not able to edit your DAMN shipping address.......Apple gets it from AT&T (for me anyway). Change your shipping address through AT&T, and all will be well with the world.
What are you expecting? Whether it says received or processing, literally nothing has happened. It's not like some people have shipping tracking numbers. Chill out. You have email confirmation and that is enough.![]()
