When I try to place another order I get a message that they are unable to upgrade my phone at this time. For further details contact AT&T. I'm reluctant to cancel my original order because that may not be the problem.
On the bright side, my order for Lightning to USB Cables, which was scheduled to ship October 18-24, is "preparing for shipment." Unfortunately I found that out when I tried to cancel the order and was told it's too late. I picked up some at the Apple Store today, thinking I'd otherwise have to wait weeks.
