Ordered mine from AT&T at around 3pm on the 14th, been waiting for the email confirmation with the shipping information and tracking number but have not gotten that. HOWEVER my iPhone 5 was on the front porch, noticed it when I went out to get the paper....

Weird! I ordered on 09/14; although premier on AT&T shows 09/16. I have been waiting and waiting for the email. You mean they just leave it with out a signature?

Tracking officially says Friday. Disappointing that our phones got stuck in Kentucky like that.
Be happy. Mine was stuck on Hong Kong for 2 days. It finally left this morning.
Bummer - UPS now updated to deliver tomorrow. Finally marked as "Import Scan" in Louisville, at 11:12AM today....
Live flight tracking for UPS flights out of Louisville KY
This website lets you track the flight carrying your iPhone (if you have the time for that):

KSDF is the code for the UPS hub in Louisville, KY.
The website lets you limit your view to only UPS flights.
If you have tracking data showing the time your package departed Louisville, KY, you can see which flight it is on and view a map of the flight as it moves towards your area. For example,
http://flightaware.com/live/findflight/KSDF/ZDC/
shows all the flights from Louisville to the DC area, and then you can limit it to show UPS only using the sidebar at the right.

I managed to get AT&T to cancel my preorder on the 21st and was able to buy from the local Apple store with no problem at all. AT&T removed the charge from my card and sent me an order cancellation notice. It was a good day.

Andrew Dodson from Denver CO. Please return the iPhone 5 to your nearest AT&T store to avoid any charges to your credit card.
Similar situation as you, but I ordered at the ATT Store on 15th at 2:22 pm. Email I got as salesman hit enter key said "will ship in 14-21 days."
Day 14 is Saturday
My iPhone just hit the Minneapolis sorting facility, so I think from there it goes to one more facility where it's shipped out in the morning. Almost there

I ordered a 64gb Black Model from Sprint on Friday afternoon from Account Services. While being told it would arrive, best case in 2 weeks, it arrived yesterday in flawless condition.
It did arrive with the "No Sim Card Installed" issue. Unfortunately, the Sprint Store literally 5 minutes away in Sarasota, FL did not have the Nano SIM Card and it necessitated a run to up to Bradenton.

Ok, so I ordered my 32Gb White/Silver about 9AM EDT on 9/14 from Apple, with a 2 week estimated delivery. I've been tracking mine methododically since I got the email on Saturday night (9/22) with an estimated delivery of 9/28, and so far, it's spent two days in ZhengZhou, China, 2 days in Incheon, Korea and I've narrowed down the flights that it will be taking to get to me (Thanks to amlackerrors for the flightaware website). Unfortunately, on Tuesday, I was given false hope when they updated the arrival estimate to 9/27 end of day (a day early, yay!). Unfortunately, it just arrived in Alaska an hour ago, and should be leaving for Louisville in about 20 minutes. Based on my best guess at flights out of KSDF, mine won't even be landing here until 10AM tomorrow at the earliest. Doubt they'll even be able to get it delivered to me by the end of the day tomorrow. And with no weekend deliveries, I might be waiting until Monday!
Wish there was some recourse for terrible delivery estimates (still says on time for delivery today).

Day three, but at least it arrived in Alaska 3 hours ago. Off to Mississauga, then customs then Vancouver... getting there!
More likely, Alaska to Louisville, KY then to Seattle and then Vancouver for Customs. Then to a local distribution centre for dispatch. (At least this is how mine is traveling!)

Ugh really? FedEx was so much better. Much less jumping around.
Thats a commercial United/Delta flight. Expressjet doesnt do cargo for anybody.

Ordered on 9/14 at 0500 AM Central. Ordered thru Apple to get the Apple Care +. This is the best insurance for an IPhone that Ive seen. My phone left Louisville this morning and tracking still says it is scheduled to be delivered by EOB today. More than likely a Monday delivery.
