I've only had my 6+ a day but I love it :D Coming from a 5 it's so much snappier, not to mention bigger. I carry mine in a wallet, stand case which is perfect. I could never go back to a small phone again.

I got a Nexus 5 for a simple reason: I had never tried Android and I wanted to give it a chance. I wanted to be able to compare after having used both, not just stick to one system blindly.

I have worked in wireless for the better part of the last 7 years for Verizon first, and then T-Mobile for the last 4. I have owned every single top of the line android phone, from the Galaxy line, the Sony Xperia's, LG G2-G3, Every single Nexus that came out (Nexus One, Nexus S, Galaxy Nexus etc. etc.) and most recently the Note 2 and then 3. The one thing I can honestly say that i can't stand about android is the crappy keyboard. I can bang out a paragraph on my iPhone keyboard better than any other device. Its fast, its smooth, and for the most part accurate. I tried swiftkey on android, and used Swype daily ,as it is a novelty to be able to type that way, and was enjoyable, but for the standard keyboard they just don't add up. I will also say that when people compare the camera on the iPhone to other devices, in my humble opinion they just don't add up quality wise equally. I did a 5K last weekend with my iPhone 6 and my friend has a Galaxy S5, we both have very similar pictures, yet when he uploaded them, they are not even close to color and clarity. So again, its personal preference and I realize i may sound like an Apple fanboy (I'M NOT), but I feel Apple just has a way of design and quality of getting it right (except for Bendgate, Antenna Gate, and all the other gates you people can come up with) LOL ;););)

Just got my 6 Plus in today and everything set up.

First impressions are WOWWWW and BEAST. :)

Absolutely love it. Took my dog for a 20 minute walk with the phone in my shorts pocket and barely noticed it more than I did my 5. I love the size.

Very happy with my purchase. :)

Only the end of my first day with my Plus. On launch day I looked at a demo model and thought that it was obscenely large and vowed never to buy one.
Managed to reserve a sim free 64GB model last night and collected it today.
The screen is incredible and really has a wow factor when when you crank up the brightness and watch HD content.
Camera stills and videos looks very good the protruding lens is a non issue.
The slow-mo is great fun, I employed my girlfriend to help me runs few tests ;)
Hard to judge the slow-mo quality as lights in our house cause flickering when recording. Also I'm getting two odd dots appear on the left side of videos taken in that mode. They look like clusters of dead pixels.
The battery life is very impressive I've been playing with the device for nearly 7 hours non stop on full brightness playing games, using the camera and web browsing and I still have 15% charge remaining.
She's a big phone for sure picking up my 5 after using a Plus all day feels almost alien.
I'm moving abroad soon and will be commuting on trains a lot, to entertain myself I was going to buy an iPad mini but now I think I have a device that will fit the job fine even if it doesn't fit in my pocket ;)

My 128GB Space Gray 6+ arrived this afternoon. I haven't actually played with it that much yet (it's copying over ~50 GB worth of music at the moment) but I have to say, my first impression was one of relief. I was really starting to get worried that this thing was going to be too big for me. I don't have big hands. But the lightness and thinness really caught me a little off guard in a good way.

I put a pretty simple case on it - from JeTech, basically a black bumper with a clear back - and I love the feel of it. It is slippery without a case. I never go caseless anyway. In fact my wife may claim I have a bit of a case... er... problem. I'm in a 12 step program. Well, now it's a 6+ step program :D

I love the screen. I love the size. We'll see how I feel once the honeymoon period is over.

Hi everyone! My phone is coming tomorrow. I have a question though.

I preordered the iPhone 6 64GB space gray. But when I was ordering, I was borderline about to buy the 6+ because I wanted a big screen, but didn't want to pay another $100, on top of Apple Care that I have yet to add on.

I keep having slight regrets about getting the 6 since it was smaller, but when I went to the Apple Store the 6+ was A LOT bigger than I expected. Like, too big to be a phone. But I still kind of like it.

What are your thoughts on the size and the screen size? Is going from a 5 to the 6 screen still pretty good overall?

I've only sent two hours or so with a six as I was setting up my mother's prior to me getting a plus.
Going from my 5 to that 6 you do notice the increase in size however it's not overly dissimilar and didn't feel alien at all but wad the slight increase in screen size did feel welcome.
From a five to the plus is another matter☺

Loving my 6 plus so far outside of one issue...

I'm syncing my 6+ for music and such, its plugged into my computer, and its only move 10% in an hour or so. Is this a danger sign or is taking forever to charge because I'm putting so much stuff on it?

Got my 128 GB Space Gray 6Plus this afternoon. Great screen with really nice neutral white tone. Tends toward warm very slightly but is not even close to yellow.

I use the flashlight feature on my iPhone a lot so I did notice the flashlight isn't as bright on my Plus as it is on my 5s. But it suffices. I am pleased with it.

Oddly enough I'm typing on this forum with the keypad in the landscape configuration. I'm a tiny woman! I'm only five feet tall. Well 5'1". Gotta count that extra inch when you're as short as I am! I must have freakishly large hands for my height. I couldn't type in landscape mode at the store, but here relaxed on the sofa with the Skins vs. Giants game on I'm doing well on it.

Loving the phone so far. It's a lovely size for use. Not sure yet how I'll cope toting it around. My preorder was one of those odd delayed AT&T ones so I didn't get a case for it yet.

Lol, it doesn't feel perfectly flat and straight because the edges are so curvy, but it's not bent. It's nice to hold.

Anyone else notice a little warmer screen color on the left vs the right side of the iphone 6 plus ? Mine is and not sure what to do with it. Phone is in perfect condition otherwise cant really see it unless your really looking

forget about it then, lol. enjoy your phone. the more you look, the more you see.

No, my screen is evenly tinted throughout and evenly lit. My husband's phone has a warmer cast to it but is not yellow nor uneven. It's interesting that there's a variance at all. On his iPad retina mini he's got a slight gradient like you describe. He does forget it's there. I can't use a screen like that because it would trigger one of my migraines if I were to try to read an ebook on it.

The same here.

I picked mine up today at a best buy after loads of drama trying to cancel my preorder, and am so happy it's all over and I have it in my hands!

It is BIG but not uncomfortably so. Already used to it.

I have LTE in my bedroom / used to be a total signal dead spot in here. Hooray for antenna upgrades.

I usually watch Netflix/Hulu on my iPad but watched on my phone today. Great experience, particularly because my iPad letter-boxes and my phone doesn't. Sure it's smaller than the iPad but it was a great experience nonetheless.

(Pic's not great, i snapped it fast with my 5 and didn't realize the quality was shady).

I had the 6 Plus but exchanged it for the 6. Much happier. It's sporting the Apple red silicone case.

I got the iPhone 6.

My boss got the iPhone 6 Plus.

He laughs and says I got the little phone.

I laugh and say he got the bent phone. :D

Had my 6 for a week now and (outside yesterday) this is the best iphone I've had by miles. It's buttery smooth on all functions, everything works perfectly, and it's perfect in looks and feel.

They will have a hard time prying this baby out of my hand. I am so glad they went back to rounded edges. Not a case guy and this baby feels great in my hand!!

does it really add to grip? That's my main thing with the plus. It's too slippery. I don't like cases but I put them on to grip, and to protect for future sale (scratches/marks)

Yes it's like night and day to me. No more slipping issues.
