Didn't Apple started doing screen replacements? Or do they still replace your phone with dead pixel?
*sigh*
Maybe its just me, but if you posted that pic without explanation, I'll bet not one person would have noticed the dead pixel in such an obscure place.
One of just yet another of many reasons why stock is so hard to find - people find one molecule of their iPhone out of place and they demand a new one.

No. It is at the bottom of the repair email Apple sent & people always used to post asking the prices... it stopped after I put them in my signature.Have you actually had all of the able replacements?
Is there a color that makes the dead pixels more visible? And I assume dead will always be black and stuck will always be white?
That's a single dead pixel. Very annoying but it's good to hear they will replace it. Most companies will only replace it if there are 3 or more.I feel like I am one of VERY few people to have this issue, but I have a dead pixel on my iPhone 6. Apple has already spoken to me about this & there is a replacement on the way. I'm just curious if anyone else has had this issue?

I had the exact same thing on my replacement. I ended up returning the phone. I may try again in a month.I just had my 6 replaced for a dead pixel. The replacement has light bleed out the mute switch and the top of the display is dimmer then the bottom half. I'm debating whether I even wanna bother swapping this one right now...
i haven't even looked for a dead pixel. if my eye finds one naturally, then fine. but i'm not gonna go looking for problems.
Wow so if we have dead pixels they'll exchange them free? Thank god if true

Depends on the store I think and who you deal with.
If you pay $30,000 for a brand new car, are you going to drive out the dealership with a dent on the side door? No, you're going to get it fixed.
Same way, if you're paying upwards of $500 or more, you're going to want it without any anomalies.
Sorry to offend you so much.
As is stated earlier, I was ambivalent towards it. I asked an Apple representative and due to the rare nature of this condition, and they requested that I return the unit to them so they could look at it. Again, sorry to offend your sensibilities.
I hope you were being sarcastic. You have nothing to apologize for.
In Apples case its a replacement, not a repair.
Also with the car, if you find an imperfection in the paint etc, I would advise against them repainting that panel. it never comes out identical to when the car was first painted.

OP, impressed you found that! Going have to have a much better look at mine now
