I would really like a larger screen iPhone. However I would not actually buy one until they come out with a swipe keyboard

Small phones were fun while they lasted :-/

I guess I'll have to start wearing Jnco's to fit my phones now.

Can't wait to see all the one-handed users bitch and whine lol. Hopefully they release this iPhone in June, and not the fall.

One hand can be done with a screen that size if it's designed properly. My Moto X (4.7" screen) doesn't feel much bigger than my wife's 5s. The biggest issue with iPhone is the need for a huge bottom bezel for the button, which also means a bigger top bezel to keep the symmetry. That's why I was a little surprised that they went all in with the finger scanner.

After using a Galaxy Note or S4 you'll never get back to a smaller screen. It's very comfortable for typing and reading.

I don't know why people say idiotic stuff like this. If a bigger screen suits you, you'll never go back to a smaller one granted. I know people, (well heeled ones), that just prefer the smaller form factor of the 4S.
Why is that so hard to accept?

People who think they will get rid of or move the Home Button have some seriously ridiculous ideas. It will highly likely never happen. They cemented the home button further with Touch ID. Sorry but that home button just makes sense, and it is circular because that's what a fingertip is. It's not changing for a long time. Granted they can adjust some things and reduce bezel a little more, but it's nothing drastic.

Finally some innovation with the iPhone design! I still own an iPhone 4s and saw no need for an upgrade the past couple of years but now I can't wait to see whats in store with the iphone 6!! I believe this is what we've all been waiting for.. more than just the usual chip/camera/battery upgrade we've seen the past couple of years lol. Yay:)

1- 802.11ac is a "nice" update, but i don't know many people who can't get what they need speed wise with what is out there already.

2- Camera More of us want a better camera. really! sony's 20 sensor megapixel is looking nice.

3- Memory it would be awesome to get more memory for your $$. maybe add a micro sd card slot on the bigger model.

NSA SPYING ISSUES:
4- IOS phone data encryption- Can we please encrypt the actual phone and data on it??? enough is enough, some Apple users want privacy and anyone can pull everything off a phone they want if they know how. Blackberry has encryption on the phone and MicroSD card. why not Apple?

5- Battery- and .... now that the NSA spying scandal has broken out.... can we please get removable batteries. Many of us like the idea that we can turn a phone off. really off.

For me the bigger phones make sense. I already carry a keychain with countless keys on it. A phone which is a tool for my everyday life can be as big as my pocket allows it to be. Incidentally, the Galaxy Note series fit perfectly.

Working on a bigger screen is wonderful.

But I do understand people who use their phones in different ways than I do.

Good news for those who like the giant phones.

4.8" is too big in my opinion but it will all depend on how Apple executes it. If the device itself isn't much bigger than the current iPhone 5S, then it might not be so bad.

Bad news for Samsung as this would destroy their main competitive advantage with their flagship Galaxy line.

Maybe about time for you and a few others but even Google admits through their latest Android report for developers most people (over 80%) still use a small screen phone (4" or smaller).

thats bcause there are many "cheap" android devices that have to be less than 4" to keep them cheap.

If they increase the size I can see them massively reducing the bezels all around. To try to make it comfortable to use. That mockup looks like an S4 running iOS!

So another analyst says thread with no proof or real evidence. Wow I predict it will be called the 6. >.>

When we get actual leaks equipment then I will pay more attention.
