iPhone 6s dust under screen

i replaced 4 handset of iphone 6s, they had dead pixels and many dust particles,
now im using 5th, it also have and worser than other,
company made Senstive case, they are sending me new sealed box,
but one thing to know,
i think the new tech 3d touch have something wrong.
i realized im getting dust under the screen + under the screen GLASS, both, day by day, more by more..
i think its design flaw..
this thing is bad as hell..
Yeah I decided to exchange mine tomorrow since I have dust under the camera lens and gradually more dust seems to have gotten in other places under the screen. I dont mind those few specks but I do mind if it's a problem with the sealing of the device and things can only get worse.
I already went to the store once last week but the new one out of the box also had dust under the screen so I refused the device and told them that I will wAit and see if it is getting worse. It seems to be in my case.

Hoping when I get mine dust won't be an issue any more lol, but I've already heard some people are on their 5th replacement and is still having those issues.

Well, my screen was perfect when I got the iPhone but now there is a lot of dust in the upper left corner of the screen (actually between lcd and backlight). Will be going to the Apple Store tomorrow.

Yeah I had a perfect screen too, just hoping the replacements aren't bad and won't have the same issues.

I actually managed to take a picture of it, where you can see the problem. (I adjusted brightness and contrast a little bit, so it looks approximately as it does with the naked eye)

Yes, that is all inside the screen.

To me it seems like the dust is coming in through the mute switch, as the phone is in an Apple Leather Case and that's pretty much the only opening in that area.

Woah that is bad.

Yep, looks exactly like mine lol...some guy did a water test and the funny thing is he realized that after the water test there was a diagonal line coming from that top left corner.

It looks almost identical on mine.

Wow. Not cool. How does dust get in through the mute switch? I also wonder how/why phones straight out of the box would have dust under the screen??? Any ideas?

Well, the LCD, Digitizer and glass are completely glued together. However the Backlight sits behind the LCD and is not glued to it. Normally that should not cause a problem, as the whole LCD/Backlight Assembly should be sealed enough to prevent dust from coming in. Since the iPhone 6 did not have this problem, my guess would be that the force touch part (which according to Apple is integrated in the backlight unit) is the problem.

Mine is same, even after 5 replacement too, that's annoying me as hell..
I think its designs law, or mark this as Gate.

Wow 5 replacements! Makes me not even wanna deal with it and just go back to my iPhone 6 Plus lol.

Yeah my 6 plus was near perfect with no scratches after a year with no screen protector. Im am on my 6th 6s plus and one screen replacement and still have the pinch spot on the bottom left. I just got to wait until I know they've fixed it or my warranty is almost up. The 6s plus is so smooth thats it would be hard to downgrade.

Apple replaced my phone because of this about 6 weeks ago, now it's starting on my second phone as well. I guess I'll just swap it in a year for the third one. This is ridiculous.

My launch day iPhone 6s Plus now has that dust incursion in the top left, as does my friend's who ordered and received the same day. I have an appointment at the store today to get it resolved, but jeez... not good.

Dust under display is very common. If you look very carefully and spend a good 5 minutes on a white background at 100% brightness with a lint free cloth and check at multiple angle of views, you will find that 80% of the phones have dust inside. It's been like that since inception.

dL

If you go to that much effort looking for something, that's the issue.
I would venture to say it's probably the other way around 80% don't have dust. I've had every model iPhone and only on the 3G did I ever have dust under the screen had it replaced and never had it again.

I wouldn't say most don't as a matter of fact most I've seen do. I've even had the Apple Store employees check there own 6s' and they were surprised that even a few particles either entered or were already there.

Just got the screen replaced at the store - just the screen. So far, so good, obviously. We'll see how it is in 6 months, I suppose!

Same with me after reading this thread. If you turn the brightness up, flip the switch to vibrate and go in a dark room you can see light leakage from the switch. I'm guessing that's where the dust is entering through

Just noticed the same with my 6S Plus that i bought a few weeks ago. Seeing as Apple doesn't have any physical stores here in Norway i bought it from a retailer. Does anyone here have any experience with returning due to this problem to a non apple retailer? Don't want to go weeks without a phone without getting a new or fixed one back!

If you set the mute switch to on, turn up the brightness and go in a dark room are you able to see light leakage from the switch ?
