Unfortunately, this model brings no excitement that we know of. Some body said 'Don't expect to much and you won't be disapointed' Only savior might be 4K recording.I think the phone has matured to the point where I doubt very much we'll see a killer feature. I hope we don't see a thinner phone, but rather a more study phone. Better battery life, and maybe force touch in some form
I think a lot of us on here are looking for a standout, killer feature and I think we're going to be disappointed. Given that Apple will be relaunching the Apple TV and announcing the iPad Pro, I think the iPhone 6s will be pale in comparison to the most recent 'S' versions.
That said, this isn't necessarily doom and gloom. We all want Apple to release more stable devices and with iOS 9 and El Capitan, Apple are already seeing this as a period of refinement and I think the same is true for the iPhones. I'm sure we'll all feel disappointed that there wasn't a stand out feature, but we won't be complaining for long if our 6s' are flawless.
So this is something from the future where we already know what actually happens?Unfortunately, this model brings no excitement that we know of. Some body said 'Don't expect to much and you won't be disapointed' Only savior might be 4K recording.
Apparently they devoted too much time on the AppleWatch and let the iPhone fumble.
Features like Siri that came with 4S and TouchID that came with 5s were sime of the main things that separated them from their predecessors, and fairly obviously so.It'll have no killer feature.
Every single "S" has just been faster essentially, that is the main selling point with a couple of extras (such as fingerprint scanner, better camera etc) but nothing that truly separates it from the non "S" model.
I'll stick with my 6. Only times I've sprung for an "S" model is the 3GS as the 3G really suffered lag and when somebody listed a 5S on gumtree stupidly cheap, so made sense to buy and sell my older model for the same elsewhere.

Certainly not the case for many people, otherwise in that sense nothing is an upgrade worthy feature or piece of hardware.Siri and TouchID hardly differentiate one from the other, certainly not an upgrade worthy feature or piece of hardware. Hence the reason I don't see any "S" model offering a "Killer App"..
The 5s was a collection of improvements in a hardware sense; where Touch ID, imo, was the killer feature. Then there was the camera, 64 bit, coprocessor, true tone led, plus others I can't remember.Siri and TouchID hardly differentiate one from the other, certainly not an upgrade worthy feature or piece of hardware. Hence the reason I don't see any "S" model offering a "Killer App"..
next year I'd imagine, doubt it would be this year.I hope the new killer feature is better battery
A raw spec comparison is pretty useless when the device is running a different and less efficient operating system.
