Pulled the trigger on the rose gold 6s. I don't care what others think as long as I like it.
No it's too feminine.I am not sure rose gold is for girls or guys. I saw apple ad the guy is suit take out the rose gold from his pocket but still i want to make sure.
Thanks
Hi All,
Kinda like the rose gold option but hey need to ask my fellow forum members - could a guy carry off this colour or is it too feminine?
Thanks!
Nubben
I think most guys are buying Rose Gold because it's a new colour. Get whatever colour you like, but it's basically shiny pink. It's a girls colour.
Next you'll be buying the Hermes leather Apple Watch strap! (Also a girls watch design).
We face enough ridicule as Apple owners. Don't make it worse guys!
no its not rose gold its pink!

Yeah, I know. I read this rose gold was more pinkish, regardless, I like the new color. I don't regard the color as feminine as OP worried about. I see it no differently than a guy wearing a pink polo or t-shirt. Are you getting that rose gold color?Rose gold-colored aluminum hardly looks the same as true rose gold (as in real gold).

I'm a jeweler and rose gold is just another term for pink. It is definitely more feminine, I don't hate it but wouldn't get it, but to each their own.
That's because you're imagining your ideal masculine dude using a pink phone or wearing a pink shirt. Odds are 98% of the dudes asking about rose gold on this forum are dainty and fragile with smaller hands than you Lol
so dramatic. And really comparing apples to oranges. PINK IS FEMININE. Always has been. I don't know of any heterosexual men that can safely say he enjoys using a pink device on a daily basis without coming off as questionable. It's pink. I immediately thought "my girlfriend would love that" when I first saw it. No I am not homophobic and no I don't care what others are into. Just calling a spade a spade.
