I had issues with the web site & got kicked off once with a site error. I'm disappointed at the estimated ship dates. I hope it ships closer to the 23rd since I will be gone from the delivery address on the 30th.

I ordered a 7+ 256GB Matte Black at 3:10 EST using premier (AT&T business liability account). I still have not received an email confirmation. When I look up the order status it shows the phone as a line item but a status of N/A. Anyone know what that means?

Mine still says processing when I check the order status. New phone line - why isn't mine saying preparing to ship yet ugh!
 
I just received an email Confirmation for the second phone. It shows PREPARING FOR SHIPMENT. I assume this means we'll be getting the phones next Friday. Good luck everyone.
 
We ordered two (2) 128GB Black iPhone 7+'s. I just received a PREPARING FOR SHIPMENT email and Text on the one ordered at 12:19 PDT. As to the second one, ordered at 12:39, I never received a Confirmation Email or any other acknowledgment. Although, if you check on the Order Status site, it shows that Order with the same 9/23-9/30 Shipping Dates. I wonder if the fact that the second phone was ordered 20 minutes later is why no confirmations have been sent out.

Gives me some hope...finally realized I had an upgrade eligible line this AM...ordered mine 3 hrs ago via ATT website 128 matte black 7+ shipping date 9/23-30. Endured multiple declines of cards, and website errors....my bank account had 5 auths for $0.00, and one for $52.20 (tax due on purchase). I have no idea whether anything actually went through. I purchase nearly everything online, and have never had such a bad experience as I did w/ATT today NO confirmation on the site , no texts or emails? Reminded me of the days of mail order, sending a check and waiting 6-8 weeks to see if your package will arrive!!!

I have the same thing - I placed my order at 12:03 am / 3:03 am EST.
 
I had a lot of problems with AT&T app because it timed out a few times then it wouldn't allow me to purchase the phone straight in full. it kept trying to force me to add a data plan in order to check out. I'm on the old grandfathered unlimited plan. by the time I was able to get into Apple's website, my shipdate moved to October 4-10. 7+ 128gb black
 
I think that last year we determined that once you went to Preparing To Ship, it meant there was a phone assigned to you. I am optimistic that anyone in that status will ship next week.

I placed 3 orders starting at 2 AM. All were 7+ 256 Matte Black & all used the yearly Next plan. The first order went fine & I received an immediate confirmation email. I tried for 20 minutes to do the second using the website & kept getting errors or clicks didn't work, etc. I then used the AT&T app to place the second & third orders. Both went through but I never got the confirmation emails. This morning, on my account I had only one order showing & it was the second order that I placed. I could look up the first order only by order number, not by wireless number. The third order was the same way - only by order number but its status was N/A. As of now, I have finally received all 3 confirmation emails & all 3 show up on my account page under My Orders & all 3 are Preparing to Ship.

iPhone 7 Plus, 128GB matte Black. Ordered at 7:30am EDT from AT&T, now says "Preparing to Ship" with expected dlry date range between 9/23-9/30.
 
I ordered mine through the Apple app, received a confirmation but my order isn't showing in the Apple Store app under orders. It's showing on the web version of the Apple Store as processing, however. Anyone else seeing this?

ATT sales rep said its first come first serve when I asked her about the 9/23 shipping date - when I ordered my phone at 12:03am.

I'll be very surprised if those 9/23 orders don't arrive 9/16. Just based off prior history.
 
Same thing happened to me. What I did was PAY the current bill immediately (even though I'm on AUTO PAY and it would be paid on Sept 22nd). It then made me eligible for the UPGRADE and showed a ZERO BALANCE on the monthly bill.
I did that too, but it didn't release the upgrade even though it showed zero balance on the monthly bill.

correct. a few times before my order was about a week out and I still got my phones on launch day. im in the same boat right now 9/23 expected ship day. wouldn't be surprised if that on Wednesday it switches to prepping to ship.
 
I'm looking at management installment plan page, but the only option I see for making the last installment payment is to call a phone number. Is there a way to do it online?
Well, I finally got one ordered.....kinda. I went to the AT&T store and they said the reason I don't see the option for making the last installment payment is because I have a combined Home Internet/Wireless account. Even though I made this month's payment online last night, it still hadn't released the upgrade. They ended up ordering me the phone I wanted and designated it as mine even though I didn't pay anything today. When it comes in, hopefully my upgrade will have been released by that point and they can process everything then. My ship date is 9/23-9/30.

Yep. Mine already shows preparing to ship. I know it's a long way to China but I'm confident they can do it in 7 days lol.
