Is there an order spreadsheet floating around yet? I saw the survey on reddit but we could use an AT&T US only spreadsheet.
We ordered two (2) 128GB Black iPhone 7+'s. I just received a PREPARING FOR SHIPMENT email and Text on the one ordered at 12:19 PDT. As to the second one, ordered at 12:39, I never received a Confirmation Email or any other acknowledgment. Although, if you check on the Order Status site, it shows that Order with the same 9/23-9/30 Shipping Dates. I wonder if the fact that the second phone was ordered 20 minutes later is why no confirmations have been sent out.
I ordered from ATT right after midnight...is anyone else still have order status as processing???

This is the AT&T pre-order thread, there are other threads for the Apple Store.I ordered mine through the Apple app, received a confirmation but my order isn't showing in the Apple Store app under orders. It's showing on the web version of the Apple Store as processing, however. Anyone else seeing this?

ATT sales rep said its first come first serve when I asked her about the 9/23 shipping date - when I ordered my phone at 12:03am.
I did that too, but it didn't release the upgrade even though it showed zero balance on the monthly bill.Same thing happened to me. What I did was PAY the current bill immediately (even though I'm on AUTO PAY and it would be paid on Sept 22nd). It then made me eligible for the UPGRADE and showed a ZERO BALANCE on the monthly bill.
It's a cop out CYA answer.
I'll be very surprised if those 9/23 orders don't arrive 9/16. Just based off prior history.
Well, I finally got one ordered.....kinda. I went to the AT&T store and they said the reason I don't see the option for making the last installment payment is because I have a combined Home Internet/Wireless account. Even though I made this month's payment online last night, it still hadn't released the upgrade. They ended up ordering me the phone I wanted and designated it as mine even though I didn't pay anything today. When it comes in, hopefully my upgrade will have been released by that point and they can process everything then. My ship date is 9/23-9/30.I'm looking at management installment plan page, but the only option I see for making the last installment payment is to call a phone number. Is there a way to do it online?
correct. a few times before my order was about a week out and I still got my phones on launch day. im in the same boat right now 9/23 expected ship day. wouldn't be surprised if that on Wednesday it switches to prepping to ship.
