Thanks for posting this. My order status is the same, ordered at 3:01 AM ET on 9/09. Fingers crossed.

Anyone else get their phone and not get charged the tax? Att hasn't taken money out of my account. Hope they don't put it on my next bill smh
 
Just had a long conversation with three different CSRs on chat. Final one claimed he would "notate my account for manager review" and claimed it would get me the phone quicker. I highly doubt this, but I have the chat transcript in my email to go back to when I need to.

They charged me 4 times for the tax. I called AT&T and they said they were "working the problem" that was on 9/10. Here we are on Launch day. 200 refunded but not a phone in site. This was my first and last preorder.

For the life of me I do not understand how some can order 2 days ago and get the phone. While those who ordered at 3am sit and wait.

Blows my mind.
 
With so many people not getting their 7+ 128gb MB today it makes you wonder wtf happened. Apple messed up by not manufacturing more of these phones.

I feel this way too - because AT&t isn't doing things in order and there's nothing we can do about it.

The CSRs read from script and generally have no inner knowledge. All they do is pull up the same order info you are able to do. Unless your phone account shows a specific phone assigned to you (which you can look up) then they have no more info than you do. There will be phones arriving at the warehouse everyday for weeks.

I am planning to do the promo and take advantage of the $650, but I agree. I'm definitely planning to take it to a store and have them process the return. Far too often are there "little glitches" in the system once things are out of your sight.

Opening the myatt app is like opening Pandora's box lol one day you owe 0.00 next day $300 it does boggle the mind. My first preorder too guess it just went right for me this time but looking at the horrors on here idk if I'll be preordering a phone next year

Well I'm rahee curious now. Been lurking for a while but decided to register so I can post.

I ordered a 7+ Matte Black 256gb at 3:07am CST. My order status is still "in progress." I haven't seen too many people here that pre-ordered the 256gb models, and I surely haven't seen anybody post about them shipping or being received.

Well today the USPS tried delivering a package to my house but nobody was home, and this package required a signature. I talked to my fiancé and she said she hasn't ordered anything that would require a signature. It makes me wonder if it's the phone or not.

I'm not getting my hopes up, because AT&T's system is still showing that it hasn't shipped, and this package originated from Springfield, MA and not Fort Worth. Have no clue as to what it could be though, and USPS's website doesn't give me any other details such as weight of the package or anything.
