Says number not found...so I need to call the automated system

Well i called the 800 number and it says i already accepted t/c and my phone is now activated and ready to use thing is i dont have my phone yet still at preparing to ship

Ok guys so I just called that number and it said I already accept the T and C and that my phone has already been activated...I never activated it though so does that mean it's been made and will ship soon?
It said that to me and I was thinking it was referring to the phone you currently have. Almost like there wasn't terms and conditions on your new device and the two pieces aren't connecting properly. Nate said he kind of had to dig into the "tools" to even find the error on my account, but it's definitely there. But he couldn't tell me how to fix it.

Order 9/9 at around 10:00 am, had a delivery date of 9/23-9/30 for a 7+, 128g, matte black. No movement from preparing to ship til around 11 am today. Got the email that it has shipped. UPS still says no info when I click the tracking number, but I''m expecting it to come Tues. or Weds.

Yes it was. A man named Nate is the one who called me from the @ATTCares Twitter page. He's the most hopeful anyone from ATT has been through this process so far, but the sales reps were determined to say he didn't know what he was talking about and not to accept any terms or conditions prior to getting my phone.. But Nate is saying that's the reason I don't have my phone already. And that he could see I have a warehouse ID and everything.. So I really don't know where to go at this point.
They're wrong, when I called they said I needed to accept T&C before it would ship, which I did when I purchased the 7+ on 9/9, then it shipped this weekend, for Tuesday delivery. I swear the basic ATT reps are brainless.

They were extremely rude and condescending anyway and I won't be going back to that particular store for anything.. But you did have to accept some t&c's before you could submit your order??
 
Generally don't you agree to the terms and conditions when you activate the phone? Seems weird that accepting their t&c would be holding up people's orders.
i believe it was the last step in the preorder, there were 3 check boxes to check and i think they are for the next plan, the trading in your current next phone, not sure what 3rd was
 
I see that people are cancelling their orders and/or getting a different configuration instead, but I'm stubborn and I'm unwilling to settle, so to speak. Haha!
I don't want to settle either. I'm trying to be patient and wait for what I really want, 7+ 256gb Black. 9/23 -9/30 is just around the corner.

Hmmm. Reserve and pick up at the apple store via apple.com will be back up at midnight. I think I'm gonna check that out and see if I can get the MB + and cancel my order with att..... still no updates here. Will check in again tomorrow...

I just got done with my Apple in store pick up!! I couldn't deal with my AT&T preorder anymore especially with peeps who ordered after me getting their phones before me! But I have my MB 128+ in hand and loving it!!

Did you talk to someone? Did the system tell you that?
 
Anyone in here from Chicago that still hasn't received their phone? MB 7+ 128GB absolutely nothing from ATT yet.
 
I've been watching this post from the beginning. I ordered a MB 128 plus at 3:20 am est on 9/9 and I'm in MD. Up until yesterday it said PFS. Yesterday I did an inquiry through *6737# and it said back ordered but online PFS still. Today around 2pm I got the email saying it has shipped through USPS.
 
For me that actually meant cancelled come to find out.
I'm worried about that actually because when I initially ordered my amex fraud alert went off - but we approved the charge. Then the port had the incorrect PIN, I called and checked and they said it's fine once I figured out the right one but I'm just hoping it's fine otherwise. Maybe I'll give them a call.

Apparently so, cause they told me I already did, I may be wrong or they have told me bad info, but that seems right.

I also believe I accepted terms when I ordered, cause there was a section to agree to terms, so I must of checked it and didn't realize that was what it was for.
