is this for a new line or new service? because my email didnt even look like that, no picture or anything
I am going off of my info- but I have 2 emails for my 1 order. 1st is an email " Your confirmation for At&t order # XXXXXX with an attached copy of the next terms. 2nd is the email that is from @at&torderstatus- saying " we have received your order and am working to get it to you as soon as possible ( LOLz yea right) Like I said- thats just my case

Added a line to existing plan, hence no phone number (just the requested area code). But it does state that is their policy.
no i see that, it just didnt have it in my order, but my order is a next upgrade..and i only got a conf email. then nothing until i got email that my wifes iphone shipped
 
Been out all day. So the new issue is something to do with a T&C causing orders to be held up?

I did NEXT and received an email with my agreement electronically signed

Still nothing on my unicorn

Okay yeah, I never received that first email. That's probably the error that Nate saw. The second one you got is the only one I got.
 
Has anybody that got an UPS tracking number today seen any movement with it yet?
I don't know if UPS and FedEx ship overnight on Sunday's or not, would like to know, I have my FedEx tracking, but they haven't shipped it yet, says Tuesday now by 8PM which isnt an issue, just would love it to appear tomorrow.
 
And now after reading this thread for the past 3 days, I agree that the first come, first serve is bs, cause I ordered my 6S+ last Sept 30th and got ir Oct 2nd, before some got their pre order phones, which was odd. But I even had a CSR say it wasn't right that mine didn't ship out before someone elses. So Idk what ATTs issue is.

That's what I'm worndering too. I'm thinking we won't see anything until tomorrow and it'll ship overnight for Tuesday
 
I've been lurking since page 8. Thanks for the Apple Reservation link. As soon as a phone is available in my area I'm ditching the AT&T order. I myself have a 9/23-9/30 shipping range. I'm trying to be patient... but I got the confirmation email at 12:17am on 9/9. My confirmation email says "First Come First Serve". It doesn't appear to be true. So I'm pretty much over ordering from AT&T.

I just went through all possible mailboxes and I never received anything in regard to my NEXT agreement. Only item I have is the 'we received your order' email.

Is it even worth the headache of trying to call or just cancel and try to find one in a store?

I'm on the phone now with AT&T because I never got the first email on either order I placed. One order I canceled earlier tonight and replaced through AT&T because it was for a regular 7 and I decided I wanted a Plus. They are checking on the other order though. Both models I will be keeping an eye out for in stores and if I find them locally I will cancel the AT&T orders.

ok...supposedly everything is ok with the order. I believe it when the phone ships (7+ JB 128GB)

What's weird for me is I ever got anything either after upgrading through NEXT. I also noticed on the website it now says I have a 2 year contract. That sounds problematic doesn't it?

I am in the same boat as you...I called AT&T and they said my order is fine...not sure if I believe them.
