I only have an error with option #2 and #3 (Contact Number; Order Number) but if I use option #1 by phone number it works fine.

Because I do it from the phone line I'm upgrading, I just reply with my zip (i.e 90210) but you can type 1 for number and type in phone plus zip (i.e 310-555-9999 90210) and it should work.
No luck been trying that way
 
I have seen a couple of posts with no clear answer. I have an iPhone connected with AT&T Business Premier account of which I am the administrator. This phone is also on AT&T Next-12. Can I walk into an Apple Store if they have stock and get the phone? I know it used to be that Premier customers couldn't upgrade the phone in the Apple Store.

AT&T has been horrible. I purchased MB+ 128GB at 12:20 PST and when I called AT&T they told me due to a glitch it didn't show that the order went through until 4:30 PM PST. I'm hoping to cancel and see if a local Apple Store has stock.

Keep your order until you're sure Apple has stock. At least keep your place in line, wherever that may be..

For order and contact number I get "unable to retrieve order details. verify information and try again." But for wireless number I get "requested information is currently unavailable. try again later." I guess the latter is better than the first two.

My order shows up online and I spoke to cs to make sure there was nothing wrong. They said everything was fine and items would ship on scheduled dates, but I took that with a grain of salt.
Just tried it by wireless number and it worked. Useless information of course, but it worked.

There's are tons of planes heading to Louisville and Dallas overnight. Do you think I'll see a shipper status tomorrow because of the back order? Or do you think mine is actually backordered?
 
I'm in Northeast can you tell me how your checking flight aware to determine UPS flights coming that may be our phones ?

My search is over and look forward to posting here again next year. For those successful with Target, congrats and I'm glad I was able to provide a little help as a "newbie" to the forum. Good luck to the rest.
 
So, in my NEVER ending search to find a phone at one of the brick and mortar stores, I used the inventory checker that someone was nice enough to post (along with the different model Plus SKU #'s), and I found a matte 128 Plus at a nearby store. I'm really excited as they say they do have it, BUT...someone had called a few minutes earlier to reserve it. My luck. The guy was really nice though and said if the phone isn't claimed in 48 hours, he'll alert me and I can have it. He also checked other area stores inventory to no avail. Target gets shipments on Monday's and Wednesday's, so he said he'll call me if he or another local store gets one. As Maxwell Smart says, "missed it by THAT much"

Where is the nearest Fedex hub to you? Search the flights from DFW to there and filter it to FDX flights only. Will give you an idea, but of course, no way to know for sure.
 
For those of you checking target there is an inventory checking website called http://brickseek.com/ where you can check availability at lots of stores by sku. You can look up the sku, for example the 7 plus 256 in silver sku is 255-14-0771, you just have to search first for the sku then you can check stores around a zipcode. 128 jet black plus is 255-14-0764, 128 mb plus is 255-14-0765, etc... I Couldn't find the one I wanted anywhere close but in case this helps someone!
