Amazon is paying almost $300 in Amazon gift card for the 6+ 128GB At&T in great shape like mine is. Apple would give me $250 in an Apple Store Gift Card.
HBKDinobot, where did you see the updated shipping dates? Was it an email or did you check your order through the website?

I don't think there is anything tricky about the "up to" language in the $650 promo offer. If you sign up for Next Every Year, but decide to upgrade after 1 year, you will receive half of the $650, which is $325, which is still more than any trade-in service is offering right. If you stay for the whole 2 years of the Next Every Year, you'll get the full $650. If you do the regular Next, that $650 is going to be spread out over 30 months.

Actually, there were 3 UPS planes that landed in Dallas from Louisville early this morning, and there are 3 more scheduled to land this afternoon. If there's iPhones on those planes, then hopefully we'll see a good amount of movement today/tomorrow.A UPS plane landed in Fort Worth and also in Memphis this morning around 6am Eastern. Looking back at the flights usually each time this has happened updates occurred about 6 hours later on the forum.... here's hopingI've also started seeing a smattering more shipping notifications on other boards. It would be super cool if it scanned in today and was overnighted as they usually do... I've ordered at least a device or 2 or 3 per year and have never had them ship on or later than that window... always before... knock on wood. Cool beans I just saw the 1. My boyfriend ordered a 256 matte black plus from apple on Friday and it just shipped and he got a tracking number already... he's rubbing it in pretty bad that i pre-ordered on the 9th and haven't even gotten a tracking number yet. He is with Verizon and ordered through apple though so OF COURSE... lol
Actually I was bummed when I was told they dropped the contracts, but this is actually better. With the contracts you ended up getting about $450 off an iPhone and were locked in for two years. With this deal, you get $650 if you stay with them for two years.
They charge you for "activation fee"...because they can?
Someone who ordered from at&t on Sept 13 ordered WHICH PHONE? I saw a lot of 7s and maybe a few Rose Gold/Silver/White Pluses ship, but no 128gp Matte Black Pluses. If you point them out to me, I'll join your lynch mob, since that's my config too, and I ordered on 9/11!
If they would just change preparing to ship to backordered... I would be so much happier and be less prone to thinking its gonna come at any second

I ordered a 256 MB Plus from Apple on Friday as well after cancelling my AT&T order. Apple gave me Oct 11 - 18 but your post gives me hope I may get it much sooner.

Thinking I might be better off canceling my 128 GB JB + order from ATT and placing one with Apple, November date be damned. They seem to be the only ones shipping these phones out.
Thinking of doing the same, I am going to wait till tomorrow to see if the phones that came in last night and this morning provide any movement on my order, if not i'm ordering through Apple.
No changes on my shipping status yet but the credit card charges went through last night (and posted) 9-19. Note that this is fully processed not like a couple of weeks ago--where it was just a hold.
We will see what if anything that means. Hopefully a good sign of things to come TODAY...

I'm giving it until tomorrow afternoon then canceling and ordering through apple. I am just very concerned that my order got botched and for some reason is getting skipped over via their system. I ordered in the first 15 min and have seen no movement. (23-30) 128 7+ MB
