Carrier iPhone 7/7+ AT&T Pre-Order Thread

I know some people are just excited, and anxious, I understand that. But, for others, complaining about it isn't going to get the phone quicker. Take a seat and breathe. If your assigned date comes and still no phone, then complain away!

I can't look at my order status anymore. Whenever I go to check order it gives me this message:

E0041: We are experiencing a temporary system error that prevents us from retrieving your order. Please wait a few moments and try again later.

It's been like this for over 24 hours now

Now AT&T are just playing with my emotions. My estimated ship date went back to 9/23 - 9/30. On the bright side we can ignore the patronizers by simply clicking on their profile and selecting "ignore." You will no longer see their comments after that. So much more pleasant now that I've put a few people on ignore.

After I placed my order for the iPhone 7, I contacted AT&T the next day. I mentioned that I was a long time customer and asked if the $20 fee could be waived. The rep said yes and immediately credited my account for the $20. Did this last launch two years ago. They squeeze every dime out of us and I really feel that $20 fee is unwarranted.

I'm getting iPhone 7 in silver with 128 gb. Says delivery date is 9/16/16.

Mines is showing the exact same thing and my order was completed at 3:01 am and I ordered the exact same device.

I think anyone who will be getting a launch day phone will get tracking numbers sometime tomorrow.
 
..... LOL I did add the GB and and the name, as well as the secret... But that is my screen shot, just photoshopped it, needed something to break up the convo in here. But when I watched the keynote and say they called the shiny black Jet Black... and the other one just black I instantly thought they should have called it Stealth Black...

I ordered in the first 10 minutes; received a shipping date of September 23, 2016 - September 30, 2016.

This afternoon I received a text from Fedex informing me my shipment was picked up and is in process for a Friday Delivery. ATT.com still says "preparing to ship."

Someone mentioned setting up a UPS/Fedex account to get notified when a package is setup under your name; this is as close to real time as we can get and saves the hassle of checking order status repeatedly.

For what it's worth AT&T seems to pad their delivery dates by a few week; historically I have received my phone a week earlier than the original ship dates.

Good to know. I tried signing up for FedEx delivery manager but my building was redone from a warehouse to an apartment building and they still have it listed as a business so I couldn't sign up. Any reference numbers similar to your order number or phone number?

Thats amazing. What did you do to get notified, where on the defex site? I set up a FEDEX/UPS account- is it under Delivery manager? Doesn't that require a credit card? Since I ordered the same thing as you (exactly as well as my girlfiends Jetblack 7 and her moms 7plus rosegold), and have the same window, this is really good news! :)

What's your reference number, it would help us to know what we need to search.

lmao ah gotcha, I thought you were re-naming jet black to stealth, and no one has gotten jet black dates that early for 128 gb plus. So you actually ordered the matte black?

Same phone and been Preparing to Ship since Friday. My order time is 2:52am EDT.
