which ios version solved ur cam issue?

I had this problem twice with my 7 Plus on 10.0.x and 10.1.x. It has not happened in months and not at all on 10.2.x or 10.3 beta.

I was thinking perhaps it was heat-related. When it occurred, I had been out in the sun on a hot day, and it was not resolved with a soft or hard reset; but after I shut off the phone for about 30 minutes, the problem was gone.

Maybe it has been resolved through software, or maybe it will reoccur on a hot day.

Mine isn't heat related. Coincidentally, I hadn't had this problem in quite some time until yesterday. Suddenly, I've had the issue a couple of times this week.

FWIW, it always occurs when I'm in a climate-controlled environment.

The seem to have gone away, but recently I've seen it again several times
i don't think it ever went away. I think its a camera to motherboard connection issue. possible the connectors were not installed all the way or corrupted on the assembly line or a poor solder connection
