I've been told no later than the 10th oct for my 7plus black 128gb but hoping it comes before Monday.

I hope it arrives quicker for all of us.

When I pre-ordered, I was told 14th by latest anyways! 🙂

This is honestly so disappointing.

Luckily, I haven't had any texts from them. 😛 Still scheduled for the 14th.

I ordered online as well.

The only communication that happened is me talking to people on their live chat. 😛

If you think that's bad, you should have a gander at the EE thread in their community forums. Most of them received another text for 28 days, meaning some will be waiting 40-50 days from ordering.

They really suck, I appreciate any business can mess up but it really does pay to be honest with your customers.

Ordered my wife a 7 32g in gold yesterday and got a November estimate which I thought was ridiculous!

Absolutely nothing and you're right, but to be honest they've been pretty honest/upfront about the initial dates for me. I was quoted the 28th of October from Three when ordering (new customer) whilst EE was telling my Dad September, then he started getting the delay texts.
