Just received an unexpected email from Three advising that my 7 plus 128gb Matte is being delivered tomorrow!
Yes. Had to collect from DPD but just setting up now. Remind me in 2 years time not upgrade with Three. Hope your iPhone turns up soon.

I ordered on 16th at 1.30 over the phone after being unable to upgrade online.

I ordered online as well.
The only communication that happened is me talking to people on their live chat.
If you think that's bad, you should have a gander at the EE thread in their community forums. Most of them received another text for 28 days, meaning some will be waiting 40-50 days from ordering.
They really suck, I appreciate any business can mess up but it really does pay to be honest with your customers.
Well this is what I fear could happen with Three. They keep moving the delivery dates, what's to stop them doing it for another four weeks?

Absolutely nothing and you're right, but to be honest they've been pretty honest/upfront about the initial dates for me. I was quoted the 28th of October from Three when ordering (new customer) whilst EE was telling my Dad September, then he started getting the delay texts.
