Amazon Prime next day delivery is probably your best bet for a case. Spigen are decent cases, and reasonable prices.... Probably missed for tomorrow now (though sometimes there are late cut offs with some Amazon Prime items), but you can definitely get one for Friday.

Thanks. I am thinking that it will come earlier, I'm thinking something like the 12th. Lol. I don't know why, but the 12th seems like a day it would come!

I would prefer not to wait until the 28th, because if I wanted to wait till then, I would've gone for the Jet Black.

But we're talking about Silver. C'mon Apple, why u do dis.

Ah okay. Be careful then until you get one! I've been caught off guard myself, not expecting it 'til the 3rd Oct. My case arrives from Amazon tomorrow - but playing with it today, I really like the 7 Plus matte black naked. I want to leave it like that, but I know that will be a mistake - I'll smash the screen dink and dent it, then it will need accidental insurance replacements which will potentially mean time without a phone. At least if I cover it and put a glass screen protector on, I know it's safe (and retains it's value when I sell it).

Mine was due the 16th Sept for launch, then the 3rd Oct, then it got delivered to store on Monday 26th. I'm no tthe only person that's had their phone earlier than Three said they would. I think Three are being over-cautious and trying to under promise and over deliver after the past few year's iPhone launches!

Yeah you know, I get phone insurance through my bank, natwest. The excess charge is expensive though (£100, £14pm + other benefits) I want to get the leather case in midnight blue, match up when I get a S2 Watch. My RED silicon 6S Apple cover is horrendous quality after 9 months, but it has done a perfect job on protecting my phone, https://imgur.com/a/mjpzj

My partner gets paid on Friday we have to take this 6S to the store on Saturday as it has a buzz under the camera, So will pick up a case then (hopefully)

Upgrade. Called Three last Saturday and I was advised that tomorrow is my delivery date but remain sceptical.

From my experience as a customer over several iPhone launches with Three, Three should definitely be able to tell you by this time in the day if it's not coming tomorrow. They will know if they've had the shipments required or not (even though they don't send out texts until the evening to inform customers).

Fingers are crossed for you!

To be fair the guy on webchat last night said to me I would recieve my iPhone on 7th Oct and it came today, their systems are a bit of a mess by sounds of it.

I was told the 7th for my JB plus when I ordered on the 9th sept, called the store but they can't tell me any info until they get it delivered to the store, three support also say they have no info as it's nothing to do with them as I ordered in store? So how come if you upgrade online/phone you can get updated info but not if ordered in store?

I'm in exactly the same situation. Last week when I was asking on the online chat they were still able to give me dates (however they varied between consultants largely). Since a couple of days the only thing I get is "you need to contact the store". But when I contact the store they say that they have no idea when it might arrive and that they will call me when it shows up.

Unfortunately our stock from Apple has been delayed, meaning the delivery of your new iPhone 7 Plus won't be ready for you tomorrow. We're working with Apple to make sure it's with you no later than 10 October. If there are any changes, or if we can deliver your phone sooner, we'll be in touch, so don't worry about contacting us. Thanks for understanding. Three.'
So, back on the phone to Three to be told that is it 'absolutely certain' that I will receive the phone tomorrow!!

Funnily enough I've preordered as an upgrade in store on the 9/09 and never got any delay text. On my preorder confirmation it says 16/09 ^^.

Just to follow up my earlier post, I was told that a manager would call me back in an hour, which obviously didn't happen so I have just called again. Again I was told that the phone would be delivered tomorrow but held to speak to a manager who advised the text was correct and the phone will be delayed until 10th October. I pointed out that 3 of his colleagues had lied to me which he then said 'surely you have made mistakes in your life' !!!! I was then transferred, at my request, to Customer Relations and they confirmed that the phone will be delayed. They've offered a 50% reduction in my first bill and a small reduction in my ongoing monthly payment! I'd rather have the phone though.
