Just got notice that my MB 7+ 32gb has shipped, but the UPS info is still not updated.

My wife's Rose Gold 7+ 32 gb still remains in shipping limbo. It was supposed to deliver yesterday but has now been 24 hours without an updated status.

I work this evening. I will confirm and post what model we sale at Best Buy. Like I said...all I know is they work on all 4 carriers. We were told they are Universal and that's what reads in our registers too. But nonetheless, I'll definitely confirm and report back.

They are not universal. This is pulled directly from Apple's site. There are 4 different models of phones.

This is correct. Verizon and Sprint's phones have both GSM and CDMA. It's a known fact... not sure why anybody is arguing this. And whoever said they come factory unlocked... no. If you buy them outright, they're factory unlocked. Otherwise, they're locked into Sprint. And putting a SIM card into the phone doesn't permanently lock the phone into that one carrier. You'll need to have it provisioned for a new network if you change it, but it's not the way you described it.

I don't mean to be a bitch, but I was told by executive escalations (someone that Marci had call me) tell me my phones were shipping the 16th & everytime an executive esc calls me it's just to reiterate what's on my order (9/30) . I told her my 11 month old has cancer and even sent in documents proving it and that I wanted to take pictures on my newer phone at her birthday party. She said don't worry , your phone is shipping tomorrow (this was on the 15th) & still nothing. I'm just really upset and spending as much time with her as I can.but for someone from executive escalation to lie to me is crazy

We too have had similar news.
Our 10 y/o was diagnosed with Mycosis Fungoides, a type of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma last December.
He just turned 11 and is doing well enough.

I'm not even sure they would help me as the shipment is being delivered to the Sprint Store...wouldn't they have to fix this issue?
