Update: A member of Marci's team is researching my order and will get back to me. I wanted to reply, "dont bother, unless she is getting back to me with a tracking # for a device that is arriving today." If they reply with "by the 30th".... I'll be forced to only reply with my new profile pic.

My next question: How long did it take UPS to update their site so I can track my package there? Anyone who got deliveries recently remember?

I don't mean to be a bitch, but I was told by executive escalations (someone that Marci had call me) tell me my phones were shipping the 16th & everytime an executive esc calls me it's just to reiterate what's on my order (9/30) . I told her my 11 month old has cancer and even sent in documents proving it and that I wanted to take pictures on my newer phone at her birthday party. She said don't worry , your phone is shipping tomorrow (this was on the 15th) & still nothing. I'm just really upset and spending as much time with her as I can.but for someone from executive escalation to lie to me is crazy

So I contacted UPS and they told me the package has been processed for a return and it is no longer being shipped to me.

I am seriously about to call my sprint store and scream my head off. How can they **** something as simple as a delivery up.

order# 80364xx (2 Black 7+) and then ups update showed now as out for delivery!

been having the same anxiety, but looks like supply is moving

I'm not even sure they would help me as the shipment is being delivered to the Sprint Store...wouldn't they have to fix this issue?

Also my 7+ MB 32gb was ordered in store around 1pm on 9/9

I had an in-store preorder as well.
Was able to call order support department @ 866 789 8292 yesterday and get order and tracking numbers....
