I'm waiting for a JB 128GB 7+ order number 803453xxx ordered on 9/9 at about 4:30am est. still no movement

Slightly jealous of people who have gotten phones. I'm over here just waiting on a 128gb 7+ in Rose Gold.... where art thou?

Alright, it has gotten super depressing at this point.

128gb MB+ hasn't shipped yet. Escalations escalated my issue to nowhere. Waste of time.

Love you guys, but I have to take a break. #iPhone4Never

I've been monitoring this thread for a while now, but I've had such a horrible experience with Sprint this launch I feel the need to finally go on a rant about it.

Having been a Sprint customer for many years, I knew better than to trust they could handle this launch and that is why I intended on upgrading and purchasing through Apple. Apple's website went live in a relatively timely manner and I made it to the checkout page for a 128 gig JB+ by 12:08 PST when the estimated ship date was 1-2 weeks. Too bad Sprint's servers weren't even capable of verifying upgrade eligibility for Apple's website, so I was given a "reservation number" and told I could complete the purchase later, once Apple could verify eligibility status.

I did a quick google search of previous years and this reservation number thing, and I quickly learned that this system was a disaster in the past and I decided to try to order directly from Sprint if their website went live. When Sprint's website finally came online, I eventually made it to checkout where I kept being told my credit card was declined. I checked and double checked my credit card and put it in repeatedly and kept getting declined. Another google search and I learned that Sprint's website wasn't sophisticated enough to ask for a billing address for online purchases and automatically input the billing address on the account, which is different than my billing address for the credit card I was using. Not only did this idiocy delay my order by about 20 minutes, and likely bumped me back thousands of people, it turned out that despite saying my charges were declining and not letting me complete the order, Sprint had charged my card for each one of those "declined" transactions.

Finally got my confirmation email at 1:53 am PST and am now left waiting indefinitely like the rest of you while people who made their orders through Apple and had shipping dates long after mine have already received their phones.

5 minutes later I got an email from my credit card provider alerting me of a dozen charges from sprint.com for the $400+, tying up almost $5,000 in credit while the charges were pending. This brought me to my credit limit on the card I use for my autopay on many bills, so I got notifications all week about my bill payments declining because of Sprint's phantom charges. After 48 hours, the only one of the charges posted and the rest were no longer in my pending, but Sprint's system was so ****ed up they did not remove their hold on my money until 2 days ago, 10 days after the initial order.

Needless to say, this is the last time I will be upgrading with Sprint.

Well this has been fun. But Clearly the JB 7+'s aren't going to be shipping for awhile while they get one model out at a time at a glacier pace. Stalking this form is more exhausting than just waiting patiently and forgetting about it. It'll be a nice surprise when I get the Shipping notification. But I'm over worrying about it.

Being 2 days away from my original shipping date of 9/23 it is what it is. But I still got jokes for Apple and Sprint.

I'm almost ready to go pay cash for one when it comes in the Apple Store and tell sprint to shove it

I'm over it too but due to iPhone forever I can't go anywhere or even cancel the preorder FYI called one of my local target stores they have rose gold 7+ in 32&256gb no 128 but if y'all still looking try target

Do they assign tracking in Louisville? Cause they have approx 13 planes leaving Louisville to NYC, Miami, LA, Boston and Baton Rouge.

I normally upgrade every 2 years. (I was in the iPhone #s cycle.) Got on the iPhone Forever plan with Sprint last year and thought, "This year I will be one of the 1st with the new iPhone." I normally waited until late November to upgrade, anyways. I'm going to go back to every 2 years after this. The iPhone Forever plan (which increased my bill) turned out to be paying for a kick in the ****. Sprint pisses me off enough all on their own without the Apple Logistic Train's assistance. The good in it all: I have REALLY enjoyed following this forum! I guess the military was right when they taught me misery builds camaraderie.

It does seem that way.
