I've been in the back lurking for quite some time. Hi guys :) It seems like no one has posted about JB iPhone 7's, instead they are mostly 7 Plus's. I ordered a JB 128GB iPhone 7 on 9/14 in store. My order number is or-pdpm-80452XXXX. This is all that I've been able to see on Sprint's website since I ordered: "Your order for the iPhone 7 Jet Black 128GB has been received. Our various shipment times based on order date are: (i) Ships by 10/7 if ordered by 8AM CT on 9/9. (ii) Delivers 10/19-10/26 if ordered between 8AM CT on 9/9 and 12PM CT on 9/17. (iii) Delivers 11/1-11/14 if ordered after 12PM CT on 9/17."

Also, my family and I just switched to Sprint from AT&T because the prices for five people and no unlimited data (which meant data overages every. single. month.) were getting ridiculous. What you guys have been saying about Sprint and their signal, prices, and customer service is scaring me.

I composed an email and sent it a few hours ago...The store manager called me and said his job is in jeopardy>
NOT my intention, and I specifically said in the letter I did not wish anyone to get into trouble, just wanted some resolution to my Jet Black order being changed to Matte Black.
Still no personal reply from Marci, but its clear it was read.....
No way!!! This crappy, but she's probably pissed he's the reason she's getting emailed, I highly doubt they'll do anything to him. Did he say why his job is in jeopardy? Did he say sorry, offer you anything?

I hate to say it, but you should be scared. Sprint is a joke. The "savings" won't save you much. At least, not for too long. And the service really is the pits. If you've noticed, the mood on this thread has gone from light hearted to very dark and bitter in one day. And there is a reason for that. The reason is that we've collectively had enough of garbage Sprint is dealing us. I've lost my sense of humor at this point, and it's not because of the phone. It's everything leading up to the phone delay. The delay pushed me over the edge.
 
My tracking still only says UPS label created. I noticed it also says Next day air saver but it's not showing me any movement. Will I actually get it tomorrow?

I picked my my Black 7+ 128gb today around Noon. I went to the store and placed my order for 2 iPhones. A Rose Gold 7 128gb for my wife which she received last Friday 16th and had tracking on. My phone was delayed with no tracking and had the generic shipping date of Sept 30th. Last night around 11pm cent I went on Sprints site, clicked on track my order, punched in the order # 803626xxx, and then it popped up showing tracking was created. After another hour passed, around 12:30am I had actual tracking info showing it was in Louisville KY and that it would arrive today the 21st. Got a call at Noon from my local Sprint store that the did indeed arrive. Went and scooped it up. Best of luck and just wnated to share the sequence in which my phone got shipped.

Lmao. Yes, Sprint is trash. I was a Verizon customer for a very long time but they got too expensive and I was tired of jumping through hoops to keep my unlimited data. Anyway. I just got off of chat for the 2nd time today (being annoying & trying to get them to give me a statement credit for making me wait :) )
Here's what I got: We do apologize for delay in delivery of your brand new iPhone due to high volume. I understand the excitement and happiness a latest phone comes with. Please be assured that will leave no stone unturned to deliver your phone at the earliest also due to delay from the expected date customers will receive a notification post which one time inconvenience credit for $25 will be applied.

I got a $175 credit today after they saw my daughters medical papers. . Still doesn't help me have my phone & im grateful for the credit but ehhh

I went on Sprint.com to track my phone since my wife's phone came in last Friday and couldn't find any info. I logged into Sprint and clicked on the live chat icon. That was a waste. When Sprint shipped the Rose Gold 7, they split my order. I only had one order for two phones. So the online rep couldn't even find anything showing I ordered two phones. All they could see was the Rose Gold phone getting shipped. I got pissed and drove to my local store. The representative there assured me that my phone was ordered and showed me in the system to prove it. It's just a mess the way Sprint is handling orders.

Your daughter's story really breaks my heart. You have no idea how deeply I mean that. No child should ever have to suffer, and no child should ever have to deal with cancer. Ever. I am so sorry to hear about her condition, but I do wish you all nothing but the best.
 
My first preorder and this is what happens.
I can't believe I'm going through this drama right now for an iPhone.
I blame Apple and Sprint.
Sprint because the preorder process SUCKED, what I thought would take 30 minutes tops took an hour and a half.. and it was 3AM central time.. I HAD CLASS THE SAME DAY!

I blame Apple because... how do you not make enough phones EVERY YEAR?!?!? WTF IS THEIR PROBLEM WITH THAT??!
I am AMAZED that they have not even bothered to give Sprint any Jet Black plus models and it's been almost 2 weeks since preorder!

This whole debacle is tiring and I need a break from ALL of this.

I think they do, I got tracking around lunchtime and it says it's originating in Louisville. There's a plane from Louisville landing in Orlando in about 10minutes, so we'll see if my tracking updates in an hour or two.

People with MyChoice Premium, how are you changing your shipping time? It's not letting me change anything except to leave it at a neighbor's house (and I don't have any trusted neighbors). Is this something I can only do once I move from Order Processed to Shipped?


No, I wasn't able to change anything or give a delivery window. It was a waste!
 
I'm going with the Plus after having the regular 6S. The camera is a major draw, but I also just want a bigger screen for games, videos, etc. Last year I thought the Plus was way too big, but I was coming from a 5C. This year it feels like a better adjustment.

As has been said, you will look at your old iPhone in a few days after using the + and wonder how you managed w/such small screen...

I have like the 3rd lowest order number I've seen on this forum for a JB 7+ 128, and I've gotten nothing but this standered bs about ships by 10/7... blah blah blah
