Has anyone else seen a 128gb + rose gold get shipped since the first launch day. I know someone got one on the 16th but since then I've seen nothing. Anyone..?

Still waiting and I ordered 9/9 so much for pre ordering to get on launch day.

Our 5 year old has serious congenital heart defects, has had 4 major surgeries as well as our 11 year old's December lymphoma diagnosis.I get it tho, some folks just don't know how to respond to stuff like that, all the usual (not intended) trite responses.
The occasional "is there anything I can do for you", or simple offer of support is very refreshing...
I understand that. My daughters specialist is amazing . He's paid for counseling services for my Other 2 daughters . Sometimes I just want to yell and scream "be glad you're not in this position". , we're blessed to have had this much time with her though.
 
I also think that Sprint clearly has NO 256 GB Matte Black Plus models, but for some dumb reason will not admit this and still has that model listed with one of the fastest shipping times... So frustrating! I would have gladly settled for a 128 GB. Only picked 256 because it was supposed to ship faster!

I'm struggling with going to a iPhone 7 vs my 6s+, it was way to big, and now I'm here thinking holy crap this thing is tiny!!!
 
Looks like Sprint 7+ JB's have begun to ship/deliver. I've seen quite a few people on other carriers start to get them also.

AH, Sorry. Just noticed they ordered from Apple.

Yep, our medical teams have been amazing as well. Nothing I ever do or say will be enough to repay them, the small relief we get by having one less thing to worry about is priceless, and keenly aware that every moment is precious and a gift....

I am by no means defending them, But they stick to the script because they have to. I used to work in a call center for a Health insurance company and they were very very strick on what you could say to a customer. You had to follow the conversation flow chart and certain phrases you had to say verbatim even if you knew it wouldn't make sense or answer the question. And if you went and started speaking in your own terms, they would strike you after your call/chat. They are highly monitored. So I get why we keep getting the same script, robot response, but they could at least escalate it to someone who could handle the situation on a more personal level. It was kinda crappy. Our chat logs were reviewed and calls were listened in on. If we used certain words or phrases like " I Believe" or " I think" or attempt to give information that wasn't provided, we would fail that call/chat and get in serious trouble.

Oh I know. I totally get that. However, there should be a public statement made to humanize the company. That's all I'm saying. :)

I hope you don't mind me saying this, but I have some friends that are working on revolutionary new methods of treating cancer... mainly in children. While most people think that "cancer" is just one issue, it's really a massive list of types and severity, each with its own unique properties, complications, and methods of treatment. So there are a lot of doctors out there doing some amazing new things to bring more effective, less invasive, SAFER, more powerful treatment into the field. It really is some mind blowing stuff, and it's even begun operations in select areas already. They keep saying "We're looking to put ourselves out of business as soon as possible"... these guys don't care about the money. They care about the people.

So while it may be a while before we see a dragnet "cure for cancer", it shouldn't take too much longer before particular kinds are able to be treated or even eradicated. So keep your head up and know that your daughter is helping pave the way for breakthrough science which will save countless lives and endless heartache in the future.

You've got this. Your daughter is in good hands. And she obviously has a very loving family. You're doing it all right and the whole world is better because of it. Keep being awesome and thank you for trusting us all with this information. My girlfriend ordered hers though verizon same config and she is getting processed now and a lot of other people's are shipping. They had an initial ship date in october and got bumped up to 9/23.

I don't know if this means anything for us but fingers crossed.

She ordered after me and will probably get it sooner! Doh!

Your friends are some amazing people and I'm sure they work endlessly to help provide as much information to each other and other families and for that I say thank you again. We've been so incredibly blessed to have a wonderful team of doctors and nurses. As well as neighbors and I've always felt like I could do more for my daughter , but I realize just being there and treating her as normally as possible through all this madness is what's best for her.
 
I hate to say it, but you should be scared. Sprint is a joke. The "savings" won't save you much. At least, not for too long. And the service really is the pits. If you've noticed, the mood on this thread has gone from light hearted to very dark and bitter in one day. And there is a reason for that. The reason is that we've collectively had enough of garbage Sprint is dealing us. I've lost my sense of humor at this point, and it's not because of the phone. It's everything leading up to the phone delay. The delay pushed me over the edge.
I apologize for the delay in response. I needed a break from all of this for awhile. I appreciate your thoughts more than you know. We'll see how we get treated...I doubt we'd return to AT&T but maybe T-Mobile has better customer service?
 
the battery life on the 7 plus SUCKS. super slow charging on normal charge AND low battery mode. dies pretty fast even when you're barely doing anything on it! BUT i still love it haha

For the first day or so then the Photos.app kills the battery because it's churning through your photo library for Faces, Moments and search terms. The battery life goes back to normal once that's done.

Well, that's what people say anyway. I hit "low batt" 3 out of 5 days. But that's because I drive a lot and can no longer charge play music through he auxiliary port at the same time. Courage has a cost I guess.

even with no photos? i let it die and then fully charged it. we'll see how it goes. phone runs super fast though which is a plus
 
To brighten things up, apple released the 10.1 Beta that includes the portrait mode with the background blur effect for the 7 Plus... just in time for our phones, which hopefully start shipping!

You should be able to call Order Support Department @ 866 789 8292 and get order number at least, possibly expected date(s).I went through the normal CSR's and was able to get my in-store info, and they gave me the Order Support # for any further q's...
No such luck they continue to tell me they are not connected and I just have to wait for the store to contact me so the wait continues....
