It's ridiculous some of us are still waiting. The apple store by me has the 7 plus in stock. I was signing up for a new sprint account. Can I do that at apple and cancel my preorder or do I have to keep waiting?

I think they can. I have a sprint iphone 6 on my parents plan but I'm signing up on a new account and transferring the number. Sprint acted like I needed to do it with them so I preordered on 9/9 with them but since I haven't heard anything yet and other people are getting the same phone I'm not sure if its worth it to wait

They've always been able to open new accounts in the apple stores. See if you can set it up on the website first, so that way the phone is reserved.
 
Sorry if this has been answered, but there's 149 pages of thread to read through :)

If you are currently on the iphone forever plan, do you have to upgrade and purchase from a Sprint store? Are there any other options? The Sprint store promised me a phone on release day, and now they say end of Oct. Not surprised with everything I've read here, on top of the standard service I get from Sprint.


I asked my local Apple Store yesterday if I could use my iPhone forever upgrade with them and they told me no.
 
I'm switching from AT&T to sprint. Porting over my number and also trading in this phone to them.Can I do this at the Apple Store? There's one right up the street from me
 
This is sooooo ****ing stupid why the crap are we still waiting for a phone we ordered on 9/9 when others are getting the phone earlier? Thank you sprint for ruining the day with your always prompt service <-----sarcasm

Nobody even ordered the 7 Plus 32GB on here really. Or in general it seems like. Why don't I have my phone or atleast tracking. This is really getting stupid
 
Mane WTF!! T-Mobile and At&t handling out tracking numbers like its candy!
And i'll bet that Sprint is dead last to get tracking numbers lol.

Sprint hopes to move from last place. Sadly they can't seem to grasp things like this are why they dropped to begin with.

Nest we can do is vent here. A chorus that can't be heard over Sprints deafening silence.
 
Wow Sprint, really? It's been almost two weeks since I preordered a phone yet I can't get any update on it whatsoever? You guys claim to be the best in customer service yet I can't get a single of reps to tell me anything more than i already know.....?

As a former T-mobile customer switching to Sprint this is not a great first impression. I've been having thoughts on canceling the order but that seems to be even more of a hassle. Depending on the service in my area I might just end up paying off the rest of the phone, have them unlock it, and switch back over to T-Mobile.
 
I wouldn't bother cancelling cause they can't even do that right.

They've already taken my money and reading others post about their difficulties canceling Sprint orders, I definitely don't want to deal with that.

Also worth noting, Apple and the other carriers don't charge until the phones have shipped, Sprint (at least for me) charged me instantly, yet I still have no phone.

So I found an email address that may be the CEO. Sent him same email.

Update - 7 plus 32 gig MB .... spent 20 mins with sprint and they first said the status says Hold For Fraud ??? Then they gave me a prediction of middle of October I ordered this on 9/9 wtf so I would recommend to call sprint cause they may have your order completely screwed up and that's probably y tracking number not working
 
Just got off the phone with sprint, now is MB7+ 256 will be waiting again. Now I'm being told they won't ship till 9/23-9/30 but yet we were told that we would have them by then. Not that they would be shipping by then, I debated cancelling but knowing them I'd still get sent a phone and charged for it.

That is BS. Standard accounting practice is that a business bills when they ship.
