Update - 7 plus 32 gig MB .... spent 20 mins with sprint and they first said the status says Hold For Fraud ??? Then they gave me a prediction of middle of October I ordered this on 9/9 wtf so I would recommend to call sprint cause they may have your order completely screwed up and that's probably y tracking number not working
 
Still waiting for a tracking number on my 7 Plus 128gb Jet Black ordered at 7:15am EST on 9/9. Sprint updated their My Order page with the following, which is more clear but not exactly new information:

Your order for the iPhone 7 Plus Jet Black 128GB has been received. Our various shipment times based on order date are: (i) Ships by 10/7 if ordered by 8AM CT on 9/9. (ii) Ships by 10/21 if ordered between 8AM CT and 11AM CT on 9/9. (iii) Delivers 11/11-11/18 if ordered between 11AM CT on 9/9 and 3PM CT on 9/16. (iv) Delivers 11/18-11/25 if ordered after 3PM CT on 9/16. You may track the progress of your order at www.sprint.com/myorder. Additionally, keep an eye out for a shipping email with your tracking information. Thank you for your patience.

I've been ignored by that Marci bitch or whatever her name is, I can't remember and at this point don't care. I'm so done with sprint and I know we all are. I'm tired of being lied too and ignored especially after all these years with them. I'm so tired of all this **** and I can't deal with it anymore.
 
I think we have a pilot that got lost. He's supposed to be following the blue line shown.

I just realize since Sprint isn't likely to do Saturday shipping, if we don't receive any tracking information today, the earliest we'd get it is Monday :mad::mad::mad::mad:
 
Nope. Sprint hates its existing customers too much to send us the things we ordered.

I'm not an exhausting customer yet! My family is switching from AT&T and my wife and son have their new phones and enjoying spring while I'm the last one on AT&T service so I get 2 bills while this is good my on
 
Att is shipping MB 256 plus like crazy today... I spoke with 2 reps at Sprint today that told me to expect my deliver by 23-30 dates to be pushed back as far as 3 more weeks
 
Where did you speak to these reps? Chat?
One on the chat told me that ... then I called and he said it can be expected .. I asked if he can guarantee it by the 30th... and he said no..

I'm sure alcohol sales at the bars and liquor stores near the Sprint call centers have spiked recently. Imagine waking up to go to work every day knowing that so many of the calls that you're taking, people are going to be (rightfully) pissed off about this fiasco. I feel bad for those reps because they're in a pretty tough situation. But much like a situation that ArtyS described a few pages back, hopefully everyone remembers to direct their hostility at the correct people. :)

FYI, this was the last thing I heard from one of the Sprint people replying to email we sent Marci. Pretty much confirms what we suspected about them having no stock -- in which case, HOW CAN YOU CALL IT A 'LAUNCH'?

Also, his answer is ******** because they didn't tell the first people to order that the estimate was 10/7.

You are correct in stating that you ordered yours as soon as you were able to however with the iphone 7plus in jet black 256gb there was an estimated shipping estimate of 10/7 even for the first people to order.

I did get my phone today, it was the 7+ 256 gig Gold. I really do like it, but I will never pre-order again. It was not worth it. I have done pre-orders before and usually that is so much fun, especially when you go wait in line at midnight releases. This---not so much.

I complained to Marci--not only about this but also about the experience I have had this year (this year Sprint majorly screwed up). I got someone that emailed back--all he seemed to care about was cancelling my order which I tried to do. Not really address why I was upset. I found out why they couldn't cancel it because it was being shipped, but no one would tell me that.

I do think this is my last year with them. When my next lease is done--I'm closing that account. Then the same next year with the other one. Sad after over 10 years with them, they will loose a customer. I had four lines with them--already cancelled one line earlier this year because of this...now going to be doing another in January.

I wish everyone the best of luck. I'll be checking in from here and there to see how you are all doing.
Sprint has definitely dropped the ball, but on the other hand it's only been six days.
