I'm new here. Been watching for some days. Maybe a week. I ordered the same phone on 9/10 with a 9/30 ship date. So, hopefully mine is coming, too.

when did you order? The RG we ordered on 9/9 still says nothing other than the 9/30 ship date
 
Ordered on 9/9 128GB Black, status just updated today to "Preparing Shipment", Anyone know how long that typically sits in that status? Delivery Estimates on order day were Oct 4-10th.

Also I ordered it THROUGH Apple and the IUP program

I ordered late on 9/12. My order status hasn't changed in the website yet.but the rep said when he opened up my order he can see that it's arrived to the warehouse. He said it is being prepared to go out and that I'll have a tracking # in a day or so.

Jet Black Plus out for delivery.
It was in Louisville this morning, then Phoenix, now Tucson
It moved really quick. I only got the tracking yesterday.
I'm across town. I'm hoping I'll be able to run home and grab it

Has anyone notice when you call the order support number it says "Do to unprecedented demand and additional 3-4 days will be added to original shipping dates"

I'm in Philadelphia which I just learned is a UPS Hub. Flights from Louisville come straight to Philadelphia.
UPS deliveries are like clockwork in my neighborhood never before 2pm never after 5pm.

Yes flights into West Chester Pa. I'm in South Jersey and that's where mine landed.
 
Now I see tons of people with order numbers close to mine getting shipped XD. I'll have TWO iPhones 7s both in black 128gb at my door on Thursday from Verizon for the $0 down on both :)) . Best of luck to everyone waiting and anybody thinking of going to sprint DO NOT DO IT. It's a shame because I never had an issue with Cust service or upgrades but my bill kept going up and up and I couldn't even use 2gb out of the 6 I paid before because I never had service.big ole boot to sprint!
 
I have yet to comment but have been living this out with y'all since day one. I ordered JB + 128 on 9/9 at 8am EST. I was on the phone for over an hour and a half trying to order. We (my husband and I) are new to Sprint switching over from Verizon *sadsauce* after finishing up my order with Sprint I decided to pre-order at Target also to see which would arrive first. For Targets pre-order you just needed to give your name and phone number. I just received a phone call from my local Target in Columbus, OH saying my phone was in and ready for me to pick up. As far as my knowledge my order with Sprint it is still in limbo waiting to be fulfilled. What. The. Actual. Heck.
 
For those of you who ordered on 9/10 and expect shipping by 9/30, I'd call Sprint right now to confirm the date. You're probably going to end up giving them hell. Make sure that you ask them to take down a callback number in the likelihood that you get disconnected (as did I).

Order: iPhone 7 Plus 128gb BLACK
Order Date/Time:9/10 at 10am
Sprint Plan: On the Sprint iPhone Forever Plan.
How did I Order?: Ordered via a live representative over the phone.
Order Location: Los Angeles, CA

The representative I just spoke with said that my iPhone won't ship until NOVEMBER 30TH due to a huge back order. I told him that's not what the website says, especially since I ordered before 9/13. He said it's not Sprint's fault, but Apple's. I told him that's complete bs, as I did not order from Apple, I ordered from sprint. Yes, it's an Apple device and they are short, however, sprint should not make false promises and blatantly lie about shipping dates just to make a sale. I understand, yeah, it's just a phone. But guess what, I paid for it based on not just factors including how amazing the phone is, but the expected delivery date. Was transferred again, and now this last representative said to wait until September 30th. She said if I don't receive tracking by that day, to call back and find out what's going on.

My wife received tracking yesterday for her RG+ 128 an order that we cancelled on Saturday. We ordered on 9/9 at 4:29 am est.

Anyway, the order delivered just now and her phone as well as my phone (JB+ 256) were in the shipment.

So, we received both the phones we originally ordered. So sad to see them both being shipped back tomorrow.

I honestly do not think their reps know what is going on. You talk to one and get one answer and another and get something else.

On sprints my order site, they show anyone who ordered when I did the ship date is around mid novemeber. However, the lady I was just on the phone with told me it will either be delivered or shipped by october 7th. If she's not lieing to make this sound better, we are in good hope!

That was the original ship date I got in my confirmation email 10/7 I ordered at noon CT. So website was saying 11/28

I was online night of preorder for a few hours. Servers kept crashing.
Pre Order Email Confirmation came in at around 3:30 PST that morning

You should be seeing movement soon. A lot of reports are coming out that Apple turned done ALOT of Jet Blacks for not meeting quality.

Let's see if this isn't a keep me quiet tactic...I've had UPS my choice for years and when ever a label gets printed with my name or address I get an email notification. Funny think is I didn't get one this time.

You might live in an area that has good sprint coverage I however do not. Not many other complaints about them. However my bill was high for 3 lines compared to my friends and my new deal with Verizon. You have a time to cancel and return I believe if you aren't satisfied. Might take some firm requests and escalation but you can. Sprint sucks and all the reps act like too cool for school and feed me lines that just sound good at the time when I go in the store, when I know better it's usually exaggerated or just wrong
