Carrier iPhone 7/7+ Sprint Pre-Order Thread

Yeah Sprint is really screwing up. My imaginary phone 7 P Black 256 ordered on 9/9/16 at 3:49 am is sitting in their warehouse LOL.
The Sprint care Twitter sent me a link to UPS.com it's straight comedy now.

i'm wondering if were ever gonna get our new phones, i always check the status page thinking the tracking number is gonna show up, but every time i'm let down with nothing there, hopefully we get our phones before 2017!!!

Next day Air Saver, will be delivered tomorrow morning. Currently its almost 7pm so less than a day!!;)

I have a question to anyone who would know, I have UPS MyChoice and I want to sent it to Cleveland where I go to school, is that possible to do or do I have to wait till Friday till I go home:(
It lets me change it to address close to home, like in the same city but not anywhere else. Am I missing an option somewhere?

Just forwarded this email to Ms. Subelka's Supervisor and Manager and stated that if my phone is not enroute to me by end of day Friday I will be taking my 10+ yrs, 4 lines, and $250+ a month to another carrier.

I tried myself, only to a neighbors house was the only option I had

I called them and asked about it. From what I was told, the email is basically to keep people calm. He said "We have an automated mailing system that once a week sends out to our custom to remind them that their order has been received, so they know their order isn't forgotten or lost." I sat there like ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?

Got off the phone with another rep saying the same thing. Then she said it usually doesn't take this long to pick up. I told here that $15 for over night shipping was really worth it lol.
