Hey! New here! but not to dim the excitement. On the chat now with Sprint and my order has been delayed till Oct now. Even though I ordered before the 9/16 12PM CST. dead line. Ugh this is so annoying.
 
Well guys. My date was the 30th and my phone arrived last night. Porting over from AT&T right now. I'll be sticking with the thread too but I'm finally on the other side. Unicorns do exist
I'm making the same switch. How's your sprint service compare? My talk/text is fine but my data is slower. I even dropped to 3G a few times in the office yesterday

Wouldn't put too much stock into what Reps say. They seem to be all over the place when quoting delivery estimates.

True :/ I am supposedly talking with a Sr. Level manager though :( If I would have known I wouldn't have forked out money like this and would have gone else where

He is right though man, don't listen to what they say I talked to 10 different people regarding mine and they all told me different things. I feel like they have a list of excuses or random **** they tell people and just randomly pick one. Just wait for the emails.

Im seriously beginning to see that. It really sucks. I just want my phone haha like everyone else. They said something about a high demand in my area. Dude. There are 1000 people in my town and 90% are 80+. I wouldn't think many of them would be ordering an iPhone 7
 
Did you even get a tracking number or was it just delivered? and what time did you order on 9/9?

Yes, I received a tracking number and e-mail on Monday and UPS came on Tuesday. I placed the order at 4:47am (9/9). Looks like the phone departed from Louisville:

My Jet Black 7 128GB is gonna be delivered today. Got confirmation yesterday they sent it next day Air. Ordered on 9/12 at like 8 in the morning.

Even higher levels seem to be more interested in making you go away than providing actual info. Delt with them on my order and in the end it arrived within the original window.

It won't stop being frustrating until the device arrives. Trust me.

CS reps can not help you in telling you #1. Where is my phone? #2. When will it ship? They will revert you to the myOrder page or copy and paste the same information. Once it ships, they also can't tell you anything, but will tell you to call UPS as it's in their hands now. So they are pointless from the time you order the phone until you receive it. I've stopped bothering them. It's been proven they have no answers, and will tell you just about anything to get you off the phone/chat.

Did you order online or at the Store. I ordered mine on 9/9 1pm and don't have anything yet. This blows.

HOW?! that's literally insane. I ordered on 9/9 jet black 128G 7 plus and just got my don't think we forgot about you email last night around 4pm Est. Well maybe because you got the 7. idk that's still insanely fast.
I agree with you that it's fast, I'm quite shocked as well. I definitely wasn't expecting to see it for at least another 2-3 weeks minimum. But hey, I can't say I'm not happy.
 
I ordered my 256gb IPhone 7+ Gold 9/17 around 11:30am est at my local sprint.
I received "it'll be worth the wait" email Monday & still no Tracking #.
I was told my phone would be delivered between 9/23-9/30.
I ordered the 256gb in hopes I can receive it faster whereas the 128gb was pushed a week or 2 back according to the sprint pre order delivery page the manager showed me.
The manager at sprint seemed confident the phone would arrive by the delivery time.
I'm getting a little nervous because I still haven't received any update and it's already the 28th.
