So, I still have no email update or any shipping information. I ordered my JB 7+ 128 gb on 9/9 at 6:12 am est. My order number is oy-shso-803473XXX . Has anyone close to me gotten anything ?
 
I don't understand why I'm seeing multiple posts in this thread from people who purchased their JB 7+ 128GB well after I did, and their phones have been delivered while mine has not. And my confirmation email came through at 2:03a CDT on 9/9. Ugh.
 
When I asked about when the payments will start for the phone the rep told me the 1st payment will come out in the November bill. :-/
That doesn't mean that's when u will receive the phone. My bill is do 10/5 it's the normal price $60 unlimited freedom. The phone won't show til my November bill probably either. It's suppose to ship
By 30th as I ordered before 9/13 deadline on 9/12 the matte black 32 GB+

I was outside earlier waiting on time warner cable, a ups truck pulls up right in front of my house. I got all excited thinking my phone was coming early, truck driver goes to the back of his truck. then comes back to the front jumps in the driver seats and takes off. I'm like what the f#%k. Got all exited for nothing,my hearts still pounding hard hours later.

In order words, When they say " The exact details of your order shipment can be confirmed once a tracking # is generated" means until your phone ships, we have no information on your order so stop bothering us. And once it ships, it's no longer our worry. Take it up with UPS. Boy they really love to hold no responsibility for their orders.

This whole process has turned from excitement to get a new iPhone 7, to just a burden to be reckoned with. I don't even feel like wasting my time checking the order status anymore.
exactly I was really excited when ordering the iPhone plus,but with all this ******** going on with this preorder process I am starting to loss hope of getting my phone any time soon. I just hope I will get the phone in time for thanksgiving. Would love to use new iPhone plus for thanksgiving family photos. I would think that sprint would be ready for a high demand of new iPhones when the have a promotional deal were you could get a new iPhone 7 for free

I don't understand why so many of you care so much about the phone arriving as soon as possible. This happens every year. Demand is much higher than supply. Especially for a plus model and especially for a special color. It's really not that big of a deal. Pretty sure your current phone works perfectly fine. Your order will arrive. Just wait. This thread is pointless

I'm making the same switch. How's your sprint service compare? My talk/text is fine but my data is slower. I even dropped to 3G a few times in the office yesterday
Data wise they are neck and neck where I live. Voice is better on sprint by far. The only negative I see is I'm used to browsing the web while I'm talking and it seems with sprint even having lte, you still can't talk and use data at the same time.

i would be pleased if my phone shipped on time. First time ordering from sprint had I known how this would work maybe I would had gone a different route. If this thread was pointless why bother posting anything or even reading this forum!
 
It seems CSR for Sprint on Twitter provide far more details than online-chat and telesales. So, if you're like me and have not received tracking. Contact them on Twitter with anger and frustration, they should help you out.

Still nothing on preorder 9/9 3:49 am 7P Black 256 tracking still shows ready for UPS.
Was on with Sprint this morning for almost 2 hours. Supervisor refused to talk to me.
I sent a email to Marci Carris.
What a total sh*t storm
Those Sprint reps are the worse. They refuse to concede that there is a problem with the shipment on their end. Way too much time on the phone with these fools.
At this point it's not even about not having the iPhone 7. It's about a company taking care of a problem.

If they were to say sorry will do another order that would be cool even if I got the phone in late October. At least then the problem would be taken care.

I wouldn't be surprised if someone at the warehouse took the phone after a label was created. They won't even investigate the fact there either is or isn't a box with the tracking number in their warehouse.

Sprint is the only company I have dealt in recent memory that argues about solving a problem. It's crazy yo.
