I ordered 3 phones on 9/12. A 7 MB 32 gig which arrived in store on 9/16 and 2 7 pluses! 1 MB 128 gig and 1 RG 128 gig. It says the pluses will ship by 9/30 but all I have been seeing lately is jet black. I hope tomorrow will be MB and RG day!

What day did you order? I ordered 7+ 32GB on 9/9 and I'm finally get delivery today.
Still waiting for 7+ 128gb RG ordered on 9/11 @ 5:05 order oy-shso-804004xxx. Got "Worth the Wait" email Monday around 3:30 after I got done giving them a piece of my mind when I was told I was going to have to wait until end of October for my phone. I really do not understand because Rose Gold is not a high demand color. I understand that Sprint has no control on how many phones they get but they have full control on how they inform and talk to their customers. That is what really has me most disappointed. I would seriously think about leaving but we are in the Framily plan which is helping my retired parents with their phone bill.
I ordered the same phone, on the same day and around the same time. When did they tell you it would be delayed? I spoke to customer service yesterday and they said it will ship by Friday.
I just chatted with a agent of order support I got to the point so they don't just say there is a high volume and it's not our fault blah blah, I'm not gonna 100% believe it, but who knows if it happens to be shipped between now and before the first then I'll know she told the truth.

Yeah, I just got the "It'll be worth the wait" email from Sprint yesterday at 15:07.
I did it on my computer on the order status page. After that chat was over there is an option to have it sent to you so I had it emailed to me.
Were you able to sync your phone? Mine is stuck at "waiting for changes to be applied" when putting everything back in on iTunes

When I asked about when the payments will start for the phone the rep told me the 1st payment will come out in the November bill. :-/
I ordered the RG 128 on the 10th and should receive it today. Got ups notice after 10pm yesterday. If logic can be applied, maybe you'll get yours in another day or two. The wait is rediculous! Hope that the 7+ lives up to the hype.
