After being on the Phone with Sprint this morning and not getting satisfaction.

I emailed Marci Carris with my problem.
I just got off the phone with a guy from her office and magically my shipment has movement and is in transit and schedule to be picked up at UPS whenever I get notified.
I just emailed her again too I will never understand how people who did not preorder on the 9th have there phones already what's the point if a preorder day then

#1 - You're an idiot. If you "don't understand why so many if [us] care so much about the phone arriving as soon as possible", reread the last 218 pages. The info is right under your nose.

#2 - For a lot of us, this is our first upgrade with Sprint, and were not aware that this "happens every year". Especially when we were told by Sprint, that our devices would arrive on launch day, before placing our orders.

#3 - If demand is consistently higher than supply, are we wrong for expecting improvement? Again, you're an idiot.

#4 - My phone does not work fine. Screen was shattered mid-July, and I chose to wait it out. Did no one ever tell you what happens when you make ASSumptions? I want my ******* phone, period. You shut your mouth when you're talking to me.

#5 - I was promised a date, and for some reason, you and those goons over at Sprint contend that it's decent business. Even though, my device's arrival date was confirmed with them before placing my order. Stupid.

Finally, if you feel that this thread is so pointless, why are you actively choosing to spend time doing something that deem pointless? Because YOU'RE AN IDIOT - thats why.

After 5 days it took contacting corporate office to get my shipment moving.

Dig. My main beef was how the reps especially order support were acting it was basically a fu*k off attitude.
I told them I'm emailing every executive I can find.

My only response to you and anybody else that cares so much about this is that..its just a phone. T-minus 3 months and you won't even think about what kind of phone you have and you having a fit over not having your phone on time is pointless in the grand scheme of things. Get over it. Seems to me like many of you have your priorities in the wrong order
 
Would someone who got tracking for an iphone 7 Plus Jet Black 128 GB , or if you already had yours delivered, PM me their full order number? I am in a heated discussion with a sprint rep.... I promise I wont do anything shady!
 
They've been saying that for 2 weeks now. They respond according to what you ask. They always answer in your favor just to shut you up.

I had to go back to page 33 or something to find it. I just emailed her because I thought it might help and she emailed me back within 5 minutes saying a member of her team would contact me after looking into my order in more detail. We'll see if it helps.

No, it's just disgusting to see people blaming other people for not having their phone on time when they all know that the damn thing has been back ordered and whatnot. Everybody on this thread feels so entitled for a damn phone lol. Its pathetic. I came on this thread to see if anybody else placed an order in store and if I would have to check in with the store for my order. Turns out they emailed me my tracking number and I don't have to do that. So I decided to let other in store pre orders know that my order is arriving soon for my particular type of phone. In doing so I've noticed people complaining about the most superficial pathetic things.

Looks like my iPhone 7 jet black 128gb is arriving at my local store in a few hours. I placed this order on 9/9 at 10am PST in person at the same store. I'm pleased with the service. I don't understand why so many of you care so much about the phone arriving as soon as possible. This happens every year. Demand is much higher than supply. Especially for a plus model and especially for a special color. It's really not that big of a deal. Pretty sure your current phone works perfectly fine. Your order will arrive. Just wait. This thread is pointless

I put mine in bubble wrap first and then put it in the mailer. I didn't want it to get broken. It did seem silly to just send the bubble mailer unless they thought you would put it in the original box. I don't even remember what I did with it honestly. LOL...
 
Nope...still waiting on my 7+ JB 128GB & 256GB phones...got the email on the 23rd, but it was crickets after that...ugh...803525XXX & 803528XXX

So today I finally received the famous email "Is worth the wait" but didn't get no tracking number or nada. Just the number order which is 5P27RXX. I ordered mine on 9/10 1pm Central TIme. Frustration is setting in.
