So, I emailed Marci and did receive a call pretty quickly from someone on her team. In short, they couldn't tell me anything more than the "my order" page could but gave a $25 bill credit for my woes. Ha!
It's been said a thousands times already but ultimately, the Sprint reps don't know anything more than we do. And I would say that the amount of time the product actually sits in the warehouse at this point isn't long at all. I could be wrong but at this point, not a lot anyone can do to make this product ship faster.

Me Monday but I haven't gotten any updates at all . I'm getting nervous that it won't be here when I need it to. I'm moving in a couple weeks. So if it's not here in the next week or so I'll have to cancel the order or have my family ship it to me when it arrived at ther house

Does your tracking info say ready for UPS?
That's what mine was saying for the last 4.
days until I complained in a email and got a call from Sprint Corp and magically my tracking status changed to in transit. But it's going to my UPS facility for pickup. I'm still slightly skeptical because this process has been a pain in the a$$.
Anyone on here that ordered on 9/10, 7+ 128gig MB and still waiting?
I don't even have tracking yet. They guys said to expect tracking for it in the next 2 days. But it's been 2 days and nothing

I tried twitter too and they had customer service call me. Waited on hold for about an hour for her to tell me nothing.She says it looks like your order was received and will ship out by 9/30. I was like yeah but is there anymore info you can provide. She said that's all she knows.
Man I'll be one angry ************ if Sprint doesnt ship my phone on Friday, like they've been telling me.
Perhaps these planes coming in will have your phone on board.
This might be a deal breaker. I'm really second guessing the move Sprint and thinking of cancelling
