For what it's worth, I called Marci's office. After about 20-30 minutes of waiting on the phone, a women told me that "all Jet black + models would be shipped october 1st-14th". I have a very hard time believing anything they say anymore though.
 
For what it's worth, I haven't gotten the activation text.

Pretty sure Sprint hates me at this point anyway.

I would give my impression of the MB 7+ but I honestly don't want to appear rubbing it in.

May not post as much as I did but I'm reading every day. Doesn't feel right to just bail.

I got fooled when they edited my tracking info to "In Transit"
 
I ordered after a lot of you (on the 12th) but I allegedly made the cutoff to be shipped by tomorrow. I got on live chat just to see what they would say and the first agent told me that I should now expect delivery between 10/12-10/19. I told him the site hadn't been updated to say this, and he connected me to someone else who in turn said it's still scheduled to ship tomorrow, and I should get a tracking # in 24 hours.. Long story short, those bozos are just saying anything, so I give up trying to figure it out and will just get the phone whenever they decide to send it. I will never pre-order again though, that is for sure.

It's ******** what you having to go thru. I don't understand what the **** they got going on at ups and sprint,once you get tracking you should have your phone 3days top. They should be doing everything possible to make sure you get your phone after giving tracking

If you don't mind me asking,what city is your phone being shipped to? I only ask because I got a email at 1:20am stating my phone was on its way. When I checked tracking it got to the us at 12:12am,Kentucky at 2:38am,San Antonio at 5:52am and to my city San Marcos tx at 7:24am it's suppose to be on the truck for delivery today.

My phone is supposed to ship to Philadelphia. There 2-3 UPS flight every day direct from Lexington to Philadelphia. Philly is a UPS Hub.

Just got back to my computer from some meetings and I still got nothing...

I've made the decision to give this process until Monday (assuming I don't get any info tonight or tomorrow) - Once Monday comes, I am cancelling my order, paying off my lease for both Iphone 6 that I have and taking my business to Verizon.

You more than likely still won't get the phone you want any quicker... Unless you find one at an Apple store.

Have they not offered to just cancel that and ship another?

Sitting somewhere says it's either been jacked, or they create labels and lost yours.

In any case no movement for a week should indicate to even the most brain dead rep something is wrong.

You need to figure out how to get the CEO attention.

That's not even the issue to me at this point but I understand what you're saying... My 6 works perfectly fine so I can technically wait longer if need be.

My issue, along with I believe most others on here is about service and communication. Just let me know if my phone isn't going be here or you're not going to or able to honor the "ship by" date.

I have only reached one other time to Sprint before yesterday and was told in no uncertain terms that I would have the shipping information by tomorrow. If they don't honor their date or at the very least communicate about any change is shipping or delivery, then I will gladly wait and spend my money somewhere else.

Last week I had considered buying a iPhone 7 plus from Best Buy,but I wanted to make sure that the iPhone promotion would be eligible if I bought the phone from Best Buy. I called sprint and asked, they told me a phone would be eligible as long as the promotion was still available at sprint. Don't know if I should believe any thing sprint says any more but I thought I should throw that in. iPhones availability at Best Buy varies on locations.

Wow... I posted earlier that when I spoke with an order support agent they specifically said that if my dates were to change, it would have been updated this morning with some of the other changes we've seen already today. She said Sprint was in direct contact with Apple about product availability which is what caused the change this morning.

They have until Monday for me or I'm out.
