I believe so. Specially since we got tracking so early. Everyone else recently who got tracking got it late at night and still received there phone the next day. So let's hope
Just got my original scan and confirmation for delivery tomorrow by the end of the day!! Now I'm about to buy this premium membership for $2 and pick a two hour delivery window
how you get it for $2?

I've been completely cordial and understanding with the reps each time I've spoken with them. I agree that some of us need to take a step back and be a little more understanding, however, it does not excuse being given ANY attitude by these reps when calling about this specific issue. My experience with 3 out of 4 of them has simply been unacceptable. There is no excuse for coming off as rude, angry, and dismissive to the customer, regardless if you're hearing the same complaints all day. I know customer service very well, and as a manager, the way in which some of these representatives have spoken with the customer would call for immediate termination.

While I don't doubt your customer service experience, I can almost guarantee you've never experienced customers like these inquiring on a product like this so frequently.

I completely agree. It's disgusting to humanity to see how many of you people are complaining so much.

These phones ship from Apple. Sprint submits an order to Apple and Apple send them the phones. If there are no phones to ship, because they aren't even produced, there's nothing that can be done.

I don't want to hear "but they didn't have anything on their website saying otherwise" bullsh*t. You all know damn well that this is one of the most demanded products to ever be released. Obviously the demand is going to outweigh the supply.

Listen, I've been an iPhone user since it was introduced in 2007. I understand the desire to get these into our hands. But it's as if you guys think they are deliberately holding onto our phones for the sake of holding on them.

Obviously they are working harder than ever to attempt to satisfy their customers. Give them a break for once.

Not quite, but thanks for playing...
Its the misinformation and lies that has most here frustrated.

Well, those 32GB in Black/RG and Silver all got pushed back in the Plus variations.

Well looks like we ave 7 planes arriving tonight. Wonder what lucky winners tonight will be.

Here's the thing my friend.

Everyone on this thread has is sharing their experience with a preorder of a iPhone 7. Some are having a worst experience than other.
I ordered my phone on Sept 9 3am est
Got tracking on September 24
Phone still hasn't moved
If a tracking label is created it's put on a box that includes the phone.
UPS picks up package and delivers next day air.

Yet my package shows no movement after almost 6 days

I call customer service and order support and no one will acknowledge that there is a problem.

I paid $200 upfront for something I don't have.

I email the SVP of Customer Care and get a call back in 5 min.

So now I have someone else searching for a phantom iPhone

The iPhone I order shows up on my bill for the monthly installments

Oh yeah I don't even have the phone

If I had let this sit I would have a bill for something I don't have.

I had to stay on the phone for 2 hours to get Sprint to credit my account the amount of the first payment

Let's say I let this sit and wait for updated tracking on a phantom phone. I'll be billed for next months payment because no one at Sprint is going to call me and say hey did you ever get the phone ?
No but they will call and say where's our payment.

So I'll call and email this person and that person until I get a fair shake. Because I'm not getting one.
It took only seconds for Sprint to take my money yet after getting a tracking number for a phone that supposedly exits and I have nothing.

5 days after being notified "Your Phone is on the way."
Louisville to Philadelphia doesn't take 5 days by air not even by ground.

So my advice to you is not to concern yourself with people on this thread and what they do. This thread isn't for you.
Go to the "why did they remove the headphone jack" thread or something.

I got a call from escalations last night and the woman straight up said I have no idea when your phones will ship. You can cancel and try your luck where ever you like! 7-10 days for my refund. I didn't cancel I decided to wait it out

order # or-trtm-803-92xxxx
I ordered the same just 2 days later. Maybe today is my lucky day too

I have been lurking with y'all since the beginning. Let me share my story.

I have 10 lines. I am an attorney in Nevada, I have an attorney brother in Utah, A dentist brother in Louisville Kentucky. We all have been on the same plan with our spouses since 2005. We also have my mother and father in a separate part of Utah on the account as well.

Its been my experience that her team responds very quickly, and I'm sure she would LOVE to hear from an attorney, LOL

Congrats, I ordered a 7+ 128 MB 9/10 around 11pm EST and still nothing.

I actually received an email directly from Marci confirming my order was going to ship and she even provided the tracking number.

About 20 minutes later, I received the email from Sprint and reconfirmed it on the "my order" page.

10 minutes after that, I received the update directly from UPS.

Now, my question is this... has anyone received two phones plus the return kit and if so, how much did it all weigh?

Thanks in advance!

When did you get the email from Marci?
